CRIME CAUSED BY IMMIGRATION

We have 15,000 Foreign criminals in our jails of these 5,000 have claimed political asylum to stop themselves being deported once their jail term ends - who is helping them do this?

BOGUS ASYLUM SEEKER IS A WANTED KILLER
Bogus Asylum Seeker is a wanted Killer

Religious fanatic Abdul Salam is a wanted man after a young women was found in Belgium with her throat slit. He posed as an asylum claimant to evade officers in Brussels. He had been detained in an asylum hostel but was allowed to leave a week later to live with relatives in London.
Asylum seekers rights are being put before British Citizen ones with those who have destroyed documentation not being detained and therefore no security checks have been done to establish their identity.
HUMAN RIGHTS STOP RAPISTS BEING DEPORTED.
A Somali rapist who held a  knife to a pregnant woman’s throat as he raped her has been allowed to stay in Britain to protect his human rights. Mustafa Abdullahi, 31, was jailed for ten years after he threatened to kill his victim and repeatedly assaulted her. He was set to be deported on release, but immigration judges have ruled he cannot be kicked out because his mother and other family members live in the UK. They said he had been here so long, it would breach his right to a private and family life to force him to return to Somalia. The judges also gave him credit for having  ‘faced up to what he has done’ and having put his criminal behaviour ‘behind him’.They also concluded he posed a ‘low risk’ of committing further offences, based on evidence from a psychiatrist who only saw him for a couple of hours. The case is the latest in a series of human rights judgments in which judges favour the rights of criminals over those of victims and the wider public. Tory MP Dominic Raab said: ‘This vicious man should be on the first plane back to Somalia. It makes a mockery of British justice and human rights to see such a dangerous thug dance rings around the UK system.’ Abdullahi came to Britain aged 11 in February 1993 to join his mother, brother and sister, who arrived three years earlier. They were all given indefinite leave to stay in 2000. But in 2007 he was sentenced to ten years in prison for the horrific sex attack, in which he repeatedly raped a ‘vulnerable’ pregnant woman in her early twenties who had been sleeping at her home, after holding a knife to her throat and threatening to kill her. Despite the evidence against him he refused to accept his guilt, forcing his victim to go through the ordeal of a trial. Even while in jail he refused to admit what he had done. When the Home Office began efforts to deport him, he immediately claimed asylum. This application was rejected last year, by which time he was out of prison after serving half his sentence. But Abdullahi’s lawyers appealed against his deportation on human rights grounds.Earlier this year, a Home Office lawyer told a tribunal Abdullahi should be deported because of the ‘very serious and disgusting nature of his offence’. The Home Office pointed out that even after he was released from prison he continued to show ‘no respect for the law’.
TERROR SUSPECTS ALLOWED TO WALK FREE
The county’s most dangerous terror suspects could be free to walk the streets ‘unconstrained’ next year when powers used to control them expire, a watchdog has warned. The group of Al Qaeda fanatics includes two alleged members of a gang which plotted to kill thousands by downing Transatlantic airliners and one linked to the failed July 21 bombings. Currently their activities are limited by powerful court orders forcing them to wear electronic tags, obey curfews and report to the police – and restricting their contact with other dangerous individuals. But as a result of a watering down of the legal regime, made at the insistence of Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, the orders must come to an end after two years. It will mean up to ten potentially dangerous individuals becoming free from all controls early next year.
SUPER RICH FRAUDSTERS

Brilliant disguises they certainly weren't.

But laughable faces pulled by a gang of fraudsters helped them con banks out of up to £10million.

The mugshots were used to create dozens of fake passports and driving licences which enabled the men to open accounts in false names. Once they'd successfully applied for loans and overdrafts, they simply pocketed the cash and disappeared. In one picture, gang leader Anthony Bridger, 53, who owned a villa in the Cayman Islands and an apartment in Monto Carlo, tried to change his appearance simply by blowing out his cheeks. More than 200 images of Bridger trying out different expressions were unearthed when police raided his offices. At the offices of another gang leader, David Tunnicliffe, 38, officers found four bogus passports and 26 driving licences all bearing his photograph. They also recovered 26 birth certificates and numerous 'deed poll documents'. The group were given varying jail terms for their part in the scam but this week Bridger was the subject of a hearing at Southwark Crown Court to recover some of the £1.5million cash he raked in. He was jailed for four years and eight months in 2011 for masterminding the con but was ordered to pay back £1,280,000 within six months or face an additional six years. The court heard the gang ran the bank accounts as if they were owned by real people, making transactions and paying in what looked like high salaries in order to build up good credit ratings. But they would then apply for an overdraft or loan and bleed the accounts dry, before moving on to other victims.

EU CRIMINALS IN UK JAILS

More than 50 European nationals are being put behind bars in England and Wales every week.

In less than a decade the number locked up has more than doubled, according to prison figures.

A spate of horrific crimes committed by foreign nationals with previous convictions in their homelands has raised fears over the extent of checks on those coming to Britain. The prison statistics, which date back to 2002, show that since then the number of Europeans jailed for robbery has doubled. For violent crimes it has more than trebled, and for sex crimes it has quadrupled. Locking each one up costs tens of thousands of pounds every year and is heaping pressure on Britain's already overcrowded prison system. Last year 2,696 Europeans, excluding UK nationals, were jailed by courts in England and Wales – nearly 52 every week. That is more than twice the 2002 total of 1,321. In 2002, 196 violent offenders, 84 sex offenders and 132 robbers from EU countries were jailed. Last year the numbers had risen to 610 violent criminals, 335 sex offenders and 262 robbers. Foreigners from the EU handed indefinite sentences for the most serious crimes increased from 98 in 2002 to 367 last year. It means there are now 3,686 EU nationals behind bars – enough to fill Pentonville, Wormwood Scrubs and Strangeways prisons put together. In January 2012, a judge demanded to know why Lithuanian child-rapist Victor Akulic was let into Britain. After arriving here he beat and raped a woman. He had served nine years in his home country after raping a seven-year-old he lured into his house with lemonade. Lady Justice Hallett said during the case: 'Do we let in just anyone, even if they have such a serious conviction?' A recent Home Office review also found that police fail to run checks on tens of thousands of EU nationals every year. Under data-sharing rules, officers can see the records of any EU nationals they arrest, but last year only 15 per cent of the 30,000 EU nationals arrested in Britain had their criminal histories explored.

MORE FOREIGN CRIMINALS

Two ‘despicable’ sex predators who raped a woman after she fell asleep on a night bus have been jailed for a total of 18-and-a-half years. Pakistani students Rizwan Ahmad, 24, and Hassan Siddique, 19, targeted the 20-year-old as she made her way home from a night out in central London. Snaresbrook Crown Court heard how Siddique got off the number 55 bus while Ahmad began chatting to the woman when she realised she had missed her stop.

A man who battered two pensioners to death and attacked five others with a 'caveman's club' was jailed for life today for his string of 'senseless' assaults. Turkish Ali Koc, 30, pounced on his victims during a 'wanton' crime spree - described as 'violence for violence’s sake' - in parks and woodland close to his home. One of two elderly men who died from attacks had been out on a routine morning walk which 'cost him his life', prosecutors said.

A drink-driver has been jailed in a landmark case for causing the death of a baby whose premature birth was triggered by a crash. Gurim Pajova, a Kosovan refugee who was driving without a licence or insurance, failed to negotiate a bend on a narrow country road following an all-day drinking session. His passenger Sarah Miles, 23, suffered seat-belt bruising to her abdomen when the car crashed through a hedge before coming to a rest in a field. She began suffering from bleeding and eventually went into labour 20 days later. She gave birth to daughter Nicole just under six months into her pregnancy, but the infant died after 25 minutes.

FOREIGN CRIMINALS ON OUR STREETS
Foreign criminals facing deportation from Britain are starting 'a network of children' in order to stay in the country, according to the Home Office. More than 100 foreign criminals whom the Government wants to deport are being released on to Britain’s streets every month to protect their ‘human rights’. In total, there are 3,900 overseas convicts on bail in the community, free to commit new offences. Incredibly, 817 of them have been at large for five years or more. A string of murders and sex attacks have been committed by foreign nationals who should already have been booted out. The scale of the problem was revealed in a letter to MPs by Rob Whiteman, chief executive of the UK Border Agency. Officials start proceedings to boot out the convicted criminals or offer them bribes to go home. But once they have served their sentence, the convicts can continue to be held only if there is a good chance of them being deported imminently. The offenders immediately use the Human Rights Act to say they have a right to a family life in the UK – and the courts let them go, pending their lengthy appeals through the British legal system. Mr Whiteman said that, in an average month, 110 foreign convicts were freed from immigration centres on bail.
MUSLIM GROOMING

Nine Asian men were today found guilty of grooming and passing round vulnerable white schoolgirls aged between 13 and 15 for sex after plying them with alcohol and drugs.
Five girls were 'shared' by Kabeer Hassan, Abdul Aziz, Abdul Rauf, Mohammed Sajid, Adil Khan, Abdul Qayyum, Mohammed Amin, Hamid Safi and a 59-year-old man who cannot be named for legal reasons.

The ten-week trial was told that the men - who are all from Pakistan, some from the same village, apart from Safi who is from Afghanistan - groomed the teenage girls because they were vulnerable and from broken homes,

Today the leader of the Ramadhan Foundation that on-street grooming 'is a significant problem for the British Pakistani community'.

ANOTHER BLACK GANG

A teenage gang who hacked a boy of 15 to death in front of horrified commuters received sentences totalling more than 100 years yesterday. Sofyen Belamouadden was punched, kicked and stabbed in a murder planned on Facebook following a feud between his school and a sixth-form college. A pack of up to 20 students aged between 15 and 18 went to Victoria underground station in London armed with a set of kitchen knives bought for £3.99 from Argos, a Samurai sword, flick knives, metal bars and extendable batons which were used to batter the GCSE pupil.

As the ringleaders of the attack, Odegbune, 18, Omoregie, 18, and Nwokeh, 19, were sentenced to a minimum of 18 years behind bars after being convicted at the Old Bailey of murder and conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

MORE MUSLIM GROOMING OF YOUNG GIRLS
A group of Muslim men who abducted and raped two teenage girls as part of their Eid celebrations laughed in court yesterday as they were jailed for a total of 38 years. The girls, aged 15 and 16, were lured miles from their home to a dingy hostel. In a horrifying weekend-long ordeal, they were plied with alcohol and repeatedly raped by two men, Shamrez Rashid and Amar Hussain, before being offered to a number of others who also ‘used them for sex’.
London riots 2011 and a man killed
A mother who tried to cover up for her son after he killed a pensioner in the 2011 summer riots was jailed yesterday. Lavinia Desuze, 31, destroyed her son Darrell’s clothes after spotting him in television footage of the looting and vandalism that spread throughout London. Although she knew that the 17-year-old  had killed a man and that police had arrested the wrong person, Desuze callously cut up his clothes and dumped them in a bin to protect him. The thug who killed a pensioner trying to stand up for his community during 2011 summer’s riots. Just ten minutes after delivering a fatal punch to Richard Mannington Bowes, 16-year-old Darrell Desuze smashed several shop windows and strolled away with a bottle of wine in each hand. Such was the force of the blow that the 68-year-old retired accountant, who was trying to quell a fire started by a rampaging mob near his home, never awoke and died three days later.
TURF GANG WARS

Three men have been convicted at the Old Bailey over a shooting in a south London shop which left a five-year-old girl paralysed. Thusha Kamaleswaran was shot in the chest and Roshan Selvakumar, 35, was shot in the face at Stockwell Food and Wine shop in Brixton last March.

Nathaniel Grant, Kazeem Kolawole and Anthony McCalla were found guilty of grievous bodily harm with intent. They were also convicted of attempting to murder rival Roshaun Bryan. The court heard the gunmen were trying to shoot him when Thusha and Mr Selvakumar got caught in the crossfire.

MUSLIM MEN GROOMING YOUNG NONE MUSLIM GIRLS FOR SEX

Thirteen men were arrested in Oxford on Thursday after police uncovered a ring that allegedly preyed on young runaways. Seven of them were bailed.

Anjum Dogar, 30, Akhtar Dogar, 31, Kamar Jamil, 26, Zeshan Ahmed, 26, and Mohammed Karrar, 37, all of Oxford and Bassan Karrar, 32, of no fixed address, faced charges in High Wycombe magistrates court that included rape, conspiring to rape a child and arranging child prostitution.

CRIMES BY ASYLUM SEEKERS

Two brothers accused of shooting dead Zainab Kalokoh, at a christening in Peckham, South London, are failed asylum seekers.  The boys 14 and 16 from Sierra Leone were refused refugee status with their parents and told to leave the country. Shooting was in August 2005.

An asylum seeker who raped a woman and dumped her on a rubbish tip when he was 'finished' has been released after escaping deportation. Alphonse Semo, 54, was two hours away from being sent back to the Congo at the end of his jail term when he was given the right to marry and stay in the country. Now a judge has allowed the father-of-five to be released from an immigration detention centre.

MORE FOREIGN KILLERS

Dressed in her sparkling white communion veil, grinning shyly for the camera, Amy Houston looked a picture of purity and innocence in photographs taken when she was 12 years old. Today, little Amy should be a contented young woman. Instead, in the words of her devastated father Paul, she was left to ‘die like a dog’ in the street after being knocked down by Mohammed Ibrahim, a serial criminal and failed asylum seeker, who was driving while supposedly banned from the road. After taking Amy’s life, Ibrahim — an Iraqi Kurd who, after killing Amy, allegedly married a woman and had two children by her — committed a series of further crimes, including burglary, theft, harassment and yet more driving offences.  Once he was captured, Amy’s family had every right to expect that this vile man would be punished and then ejected from the country. Deporting him back to Iraq — a country where British soldiers died to help make safe — was the least punishment he deserved. But, this week, Ibrahim won his lengthy legal battle to remain in the UK thanks, yet again, to the Human Rights Act. Being returned to his homeland would infringe on his right to a ‘private, family life’ in Britain, you see, and never mind the devastation he wrought on Amy’s family’s life.

An argument over parking led to a ‘completely good and blameless’ businessman and his nephew being machine-gunned to death by a drug dealer. After his car was blocked in by a van, Ayub Khan went to fetch a MAC-10 pistol capable of firing 1,000 rounds a minute. Khan, then only 20, gunned down hotelier Amarjit Singh Tiwana and his nephew Rajinder Singh Tiwana at point-blank range. He then turned the weapon on Amarjit’s daughter Harjinder but did not fire – possibly because the gun had jammed. Khan fled the country after the attack but was extradited from Bangladesh in 2010.

A man has been jailed for murdering an elderly Italian couple in a "brutal and savage attack".

Guiseppe Massaro, 80, and his wife, Caterina, 77, were found dead at a house in Woden Road, Heath Town, Wolverhampton, in April. Polish national Ireneusz Bartnowski, 22, of no fixed address, who denied the charges, was convicted of the murders at Wolverhampton Crown Court. Bartnowski was jailed for life and told he must serve a minimum of 34 years.

Two men who helped gun down a man chatting to his estranged wife in a quiet residential street in a case of mistaken identity were each jailed for at least 28 years today. Michael Ofori, 35, fell victim to a 'drive-by' shooting as he sat in his Mercedes.  Sahid Sule and Nicholas Allon-McVytie, both 23, are thought to have intended to kill rival gangster Perry Walters, 24, after a spate of tit-for-tat shootings.

RELIGION OF PEACE?

Britain’s fastest growing import – a horrific crime wave from the third world - continues unabated as the “religion of peace” produces schoolchildren who stalked, abducted and raped a woman in an alleyway and  were captured celebrating their crime on CCTV. Jallat Khan and Shahzada Khan, both 16, stalked the woman as she left a nightclub, and then pounced on her as she walked along Fish Street in Leeds city centre. They dragged her into an alley and raped her in a doorway. The victim’s boyfriend could hear her screams for help during the attack as they were on the phone to each other.

"Sunny Islam, 23, who comes from a strict Muslim family, dragged his terrified victims - including a 15-year-old - from the street at knifepoint, bound and assaulted them during a two-month reign of terror." "Islam, who told the jury he was a practising Muslim, was convicted of seven charges of rape, one of sexual assault and one of kidnap."

This horrific case is a damning indictment of the chronic lack of respect for woman that lurks in extremist Islam. These Muslims feel they have a right to ignore the values and laws of the United Kingdom and enforce their own medieval, Middle Eastern barbarism on women!

Four men inspired by al-Qaeda have admitted planning to detonate a bomb at the London Stock Exchange. Mohammed Chowdhury, Shah Rahman, Gurukanth Desai and Abdul Miah pleaded guilty to engaging in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism. The men, from London and Cardiff, were arrested in December 2010 and were set to stand trial at Woolwich Crown Court. Five other men have pleaded guilty to other terrorism offences and all nine will be sentenced next week. The men, who are all British nationals, had been inspired by the preachings of the recently-killed radical extremist Anwar Al-Awlaki.

EASTERN EUROPEAN CRIMINALS

A Czech killer was allowed to slip into Britain to carry out a series of sex attacks including a knifepoint rape. Until they caught Kajus Scuka, police did not even realise the 48-year-old was in the country. By then he had attacked three women and ambushed and raped a fourth while she was walking her dog.

Rimvydas Liorancas, 37, who was awaiting trial for murdering Carole and Avtar Kolar with a lump hammer, was found hanged in his prison cell on Saturday. He had twice made his way into the UK illegally, on the second occasion without a passport.

It can be revealed that the convicted armed robber - Roamed Europe committing crimes for at least ten years; First entered the UK while on the run from a prison sentence; Strolled into the country even after a warrant had been issued across Europe for his arrest; Lived in Britain for almost a year before he was found and sent back to Lithuania; Somehow slipped back into Britain last year despite having no passport and a string of convictions.

A senior judge has demanded to know why a Lithuanian child-rapist was let into Britain, where he went on to rape a woman. Lady Justice Hallett questioned whether serious offenders were allowed to simply ‘walk into the country’. In Britain, Victor Akulic subjected his victim to a horrendous ordeal, beating her repeatedly before raping her.
1/5 of killers in UK are foreign

Up to a fifth of killers in England and Wales are foreign, police figures suggest. Out of 371 individuals accused or convicted of murder or manslaughter last year, 79 were from abroad - more than 21 per cent.

Foreign immigrants make up only around a tenth of the UK population, meaning they are statistically twice as likely as native Britons to be charged with or found guilty of an illegal killing. In London, almost 40 per cent of those in such cases in the past year were from overseas, or of unknown origin. Opposition critics said the findings reflected the Government's failure to deport foreign criminals, and the ease with which offenders from abroad can slip through border controls. The most common nationality for foreigners involved in murder and manslaughter cases was Polish, followed by Nepalese, Lithuanian, Somalian and Sri Lankan.

RACIST ATTACKS ON WHITE PEOPLE

Danny O'Shea, whose friends have described him as "harmless" and "wouldn't hurt a fly", has been hunted down and had his throat slashed and left to die like some kind of condemed animal to Hal-Al slaughter by a "group of Black males". Naturally of course, there will be White liberals up and down the country and beyond, pondering for a few minutes what Danny could have done to "provoke" a bunch of "enrichers / victims of white oppression" into "defending themselves".

A gang of Muslim women who attacked a passer-by in a city centre walked free  from court after a judge heard they were ‘not used  to being drunk’ because of their religion. The group – three sisters and a cousin – allegedly screamed ‘kill the white slag’ as they set upon Rhea Page as she waited for a taxi with her boyfriend.

Miss Page, 22, was left with a bald patch where her hair was pulled out in the attack and was left ‘black and blue’ after suffering a flurry of kicks to the head, back, arms and legs while motionless on the pavement.

asylum seeker who rapes children can't be deported.
A convicted sex attacker raped and violently molested two young girls as he fought deportation on human rightsgrounds. Asylum-seeker William Danga, 39, subjected the children to appalling abuse before and after he was jailed for raping a teenager. One was just four years old when the Congolese national forced himself on her before heading out to preach as a Jehovah’s Witness. Yesterday a judge said it was ‘remarkable’ that the sex attacker was not thrown out of Britain after being jailed for ten years for raping a 16-year-old girl a decade ago. Officials were ordered to deport  Danga at the end of his sentence but he  frustrated their efforts after losing his passport. He was then freed on immigration bail while he challenged the move on the grounds that he had a right to a ‘family life’ because he had children with a young girlfriend.
Racist attack by gang of Asians
A father-of-two was subjected to a racist and brutal attack by a gang of Asian men who targeted him - simply for being white. Andrew Goodram, 31, suffered a punctured lung and two broken ribs after the gang of four thugs shouted: 'white b*****d' at him before subjecting him to a vicious assault. During the assault Mr Goodram, a labourer, was repeatedly kicked in the head, face and body at Queens Park in Bolton, Greater Manchester. One of his attackers then stood over him and stamped on his chest causing what police described as 'significant injuries'.
4000 foreign criminals that should have been deported.
Nearly 4,000 foreign criminals who should have been deported are at large on the streets of Britain, an official report revealed last night. Human rights claims and red tape are giving them their freedom while they fight deportation orders. The criminals include dozens of former prisoners convicted of  offences such as murder, rape and sex crimes against children. The figure emerged in a report by John Vine, chief inspector of the UK Border Agency. He revealed there were 3,775 criminals in May this year who had been released from immigration detention centres because there was ‘no prospect of them being deported in a reasonable time’. Of those, 3,259 had served sentences for low-level offences, another 429 for ‘more serious’ crimes, and 87 for the most serious offences – including murder, rape and paedophilia. Some are unable to be deported because it is thought ‘unsafe’ to send them back to their home countries, or because of difficulties in getting hold of a passport so they can be put on a plane. Last year, a total of 576 used the Human Rights Act to prevent them from being kicked out, the report found, with the vast majority citing Article 8, the controversial ‘right to a private and family life’.
RIOTERS ON INCAPACITY BENEFITS.

The summer riots prove again that disability benefit is one of the biggest scams going. Hundreds of arrested thugs were disability or incapacity claimants. But not so incapacitated to hurl trolleys through windows. A third of all rioters were on benefits and many of the thugs had been kicked out of school. In some cities, the number of black rioters was disproportionately high. Clearly it is too easy to get disability benefits. Too many schools are lawless.

THE ENGLISH RIOTS?

Foreign looters from 44 countries have been locked up over the riots which scarred the country in August. Robbers, vandals and thugs from as far afield as Afghanistan, Cuba, Ethiopia and Samoa joined in as shops were plundered and businesses set ablaze, causing millions of pounds worth of damage. The sheer number from different corners of the globe who took part in the mayhem is one of the strongest indicators yet that the riots had nothing to do with political protest or civil unrest, but was born of greed and opportunist criminality. Prison statistics revealed that 14 per cent – about one in seven – of those jailed for burglary, robbery, theft, criminal damage and disorder during the riots were born abroad. But the true number could be even higher as at least four per cent of those remanded in custody refused to tell police their nationality. Jamaicans represented the largest group of foreign inmates, followed by Somali and Polish offenders. The list also included those from Colombia, Iraq, Congo, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. One in four of those jailed for robbery were born abroad, as were one in ten convicted for violent disorder or other disorder offences such as possession of a knife or drugs. Nationally, police have made more than 4,000 arrests, with 2,952 suspects held in London alone. Yesterday Sir Andrew Green of the MigrationWatch pressure group called on the Government to kick out foreign rioters and looters. He said: ‘It’s absolutely unacceptable that any foreign citizen should take part in a riot in Britain. ‘It’s important that the courts should recommend deportation in every case which would qualify.’

HUMAN RIGHTS ACT - A CRIMINALS CHARTER

There was Mohammed Ibrahim, an Iraqi who left a 12-year-old girl called Amy Houston to die under the wheels of his car when he fled the scene following an accident.

Ibrahim was a failed asylum seeker  who had been driving while disqualified, and he committed several offences after the little girl’s death. Nevertheless, he was allowed to stay because he had fathered two children in Britain in the six years after Amy died, and judges considered that he had a right to ‘family life’ as defined by Article Eight of the Human Rights Act. And there was Rocky Gurung, from Nepal, who killed the Nepalese son of a Gurkha war hero by throwing him into the Thames on a drunken night out. Although Gurung has no children in this country, judges ruled under the same Act that he had a right to stay here because his parents live in Britain. Then there are the nine Afghan hijackers who forced a plane to land at Stansted in 2000, claiming that they face persecution by the Taliban. Nine years after the Taliban were driven from power, they are still here. So it goes on. Actually only a minority of cases are ever known about because they come to the Appeal Court. Most remain secret. It is estimated that some 200 foreign criminals a year are resisting deportation by invoking Article Eight. This may not be the biggest outrage in the history of the world but it is pretty serious — so much so that Alex Carlile, a Liberal Democrat peer and former adviser to the Government on terrorism, has spoken of the increasing threat to public safety arising from the inability of the authorities to deport dangerous foreign criminals.

CRIME BY EASTERN EUROPEANS

The influx of Romanian migrants has led to an explosion in crime in this country, it emerged last night.  As recent members of the EU, Romanians have had free access to Britain only since January 1.  Yet in the first six months of this year, police say, they were responsible for 1,080 offences.

A tenth of all crime in some parts of Britain is now committed by eastern European immigrants, shocking new figures reveal. Police figures for the worst-affected areas show one in ten of all those arrested have come to the UK from the eight former Soviet states which joined the EU in 2004 - sending a massive wave of 600,000 immigrants flocking to this country.

A Slovakian man with 13 previous convictions was today sentenced to life in prison for the horrific murder of a businesswoman in a city park. Marek Harcar, who was allowed to enter Britain despite his criminal record, was found guilty of the 'vile and barbaric' rape, robbery and murder of Moira Jones. A jury at Glasgow's High Court took just over an hour today to unanimously convict Harcar, who was told he must spend a minimum of 25 years behind bars. Harcar, 33, was also convicted of attempting to defeat the ends of justice by fleeing Scotland to Slovakia following the murder. He was jailed for a further three years for this offence, to be served concurrently with the life sentence. Harcar had 13 previous convictions, four of which involved violence, but none of a sexual nature. The court heard Ms Jones, originally from Weston in Staffordshire, was attacked by Harcar after parking her car yards from her flat at nearby Queens Drive on the night of May 28, 2008. She was taken into Queens Park and assaulted before being dragged deeper into the centre of the park. Her partially-clothed body was found by a park ranger lying face-down behind a privet hedge the following day.

MORE TERRORISTS WE CAN'T DEPORT

Those likely to fight deportation on their release include internet expert Younes Tsouli, 28, who ran websites with instructions on how to make suicide vests.

The Al Qaeda supporter faces being sent back to Morocco but instability in the country means he could use the Human Rights Act to argue he would be in danger.

'Not only is a convicted terrorist permitted to stay in Britain indefinitely, but before we have turned around he will be granted asylum'

Wahbi Mohammed, 28, the brother of failed July 21 suicide bomber Ramzi Mohammed, could be released within months after winning an appeal to shorten his sentence.

He faces deportation to Somalia but could oppose the bid on the grounds that he could be ill-treated in the war-torn country.

Ismail Abdurahman, 28, was released from prison several weeks ago after just three years behind bars for helping the July 21 bombers in 2005.

He is now staying at a bail hostel after winning an appeal against a bid to send him to Somalia. The Government said it was 'extremely disappointed' with the decision.

HUMAN RIGHTS ACT AGAIN..

A fanatical terrorist has escaped being thrown out of the UK because it would breach his human rights.

Hate-filled Siraj Yassin Abdullah Ali, graded the highest possible risk to the public, was released after serving just half of his nine-year sentence for helping the July 21 bombers.

He now mingles freely among the Londoners his co-plotters tried to kill six years ago.

He is the second high-risk terrorist linked to the July 21 attacks to win the right to remain in the UK on human rights grounds in recent weeks.

Ismail Abdurahman, 28, who hid would-be bomber Hussain Osman for three days, escaped being deported to his native Somalia after judges feared for his safety. Abdurahman is also living at a bail hostel in London despite the protests of police and Home Office officials.

EU STOP RAPIST BEING DEPORTED

A Nigerian rapist escaped deportation yesterday after European judges ruled he had a right to a ‘private life’ in Britain. Akindoyin Akinshipe, 24, was due to be sent home after losing appeal after appeal in the British courts over his jailing for an attack on a girl of 13. But in a staggering reversal yesterday, the European Court of Human Rights said this would breach his right to a ‘private and family life’. This is despite him not having a wife, long-term partner or children in the UK - factors which foreign criminals have used to stay here under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act. The panel of seven – including judges from Bosnia, Albania and Montenegro – said the court must protect his ‘social ties’ with Britain, which have grown while he resisted deportation.

MIGRANT BOSS JAILED

MIGRANT BOSS JAILED.

A boss of a people smuggling ring which brought hundreds of illegal immigrants was jailed for just 4 years on the 13th December 2004.  Immigrants paid £6,000 each to be crammed into Channel Tunnel lorries.  The gang is believed to have netted over £1.5 million.  Mohammed Shazdad of Londonistan admitted three charges in Kent's Canturbury Crown Court.

INVOLVED IN THE RWANDA GENOCIDE AND LIVING IN THE UK

Four men accused of taking part in the 1994 Rwandan genocide were ordered to be set free today after a British court ruled they would be at risk of a miscarriage of justice if they faced trial in Rwanda. The high court judgment was the first time an English court had blocked an extradition request from a foreign government on the grounds that it would violate Article 6 of the European convention on human rights, which safeguards the right to a fair trial. Dr Vincent Bajinya, from north London, now known as Vincent Brown, Charles Munyaneza, from Bedford, Celestin Ugirashebuja from Essex, and Emmanuel Nteziryayo, from Manchester, were accused of killing, or conspiring with or aiding and abetting others, to kill members of the Tutsi ethnic group "with the intent to destroy in whole, or in part, that group". The men, all Hutus, denied participating in the genocide, in which 800,000 people died.

Lord Justice Laws and Lord Justice Sullivan expressed concern over the "impartiality and independence" of the Rwandan judiciary after hearing that defence witnesses were afraid to give evidence for fear of being accused of "genocide minimisation". They also ruled there was a real risk of "executive interference with the judiciary".

The judges quashed extradition orders issued by the home secretary in August 2008 against the men, who were arrested in December 2006. "When one adds all the particular evidence we have described touching the [Rwandan] justice system, we are driven to conclude that if these appellants were returned there would be a real risk that they would suffer a flagrant denial of justice," the judges concluded.

CRASH FOR CASH INSURANCE SCAM
A gang faked more than 120 car accidents to claim around £1million from insurers in a 'crash for cash' scam, a court heard. The crime syndicate claimed for the fake crashes for almost three years from their headquarters in Tottenham, north London, it is alleged. Rosul Yusuf, 33, Shalim Miah, 29, Halimur Rashid, 28, and Noveed Akhtar, 39, claimed £1.17m from insurance companies between November 2005 and October 2008, Southwark Crown Court was told.
EU CRIMINALS

Britain is suffering an explosion in crimes by EU nationals, who are amassing more than 2,700 convictions every month. Since 2007, the number of EU citizens punished for breaking the law in the UK has more than trebled. The total is expected to hit a record 33,000 this year, placing huge pressure on the police, courts and overcrowded jails. But because of EU diktats and Labour’s Human Rights Act, officials are finding it extremely hard to remove European lawbreakers once they have completed their sentences. According to the latest Home Office figures, 27,563 EU nationals were convicted in 2010, up from 10,736 in 2007. Yet only 1,480 EU citizens were removed from the country last year.Top of the list of offenders were Poland, whose citizens collected 6,777 convictions, reflecting the large numbers who have headed here since the controversial expansion of the EU. Next came Romania with 4,343.

FOREIGNER RAPE GANG

6 YEARS JAIL FOR IRAQI RAPIST.

An Iraqi Asylum seeker was caged for 6 years after raping a bride-to-be in a subway.  Nazar Hussein, pounced after winning exceptional leave to stay here when his asylum plea was thrown out, Sheffield Crown Court heard.  He was caught by CCTV as he followed his victim.

Four students have today been sentenced to a total of 35 years for raping a fellow student at a south east London college. The four men, three from Russia and one from Armenia, were found guilty on Monday after an eight-week trial at Woolwich Crown Court after evidence filmed on one of their mobile phones showed them raping the 18-year-old Malaysian woman. All four had been found guilty of vaginal rape. Davtyan and Melnikov were also found guilty of oral rape. All four men and the victim were studying at Bellerbys College in Greenwich.

TOO SOFT ON DRUG DEALERS

Two jailed drug dealers, 49 year-old James Waithe and Craig Rodel, 48, who are currently serving 14 and 16 years respectively in prison after admitting a profit of £70m from drug dealing, have been told they have to pay back £1m each.

Both dealers were arrested during the Operation Malbec, part of a major investigation carried out by the Avon and Somerset police, which resulted in the arrest of 25 gang members who were jailed for a total of 150 years.

Mr Waithe and Mr Rodel both have six months to pay the £1m back. If they fail to pay, an extra five years will be added to their sentences.

WE CAN'T DFEPORT CROOKS OR STOP MILITANTS ENTERING THE UK

Britain's powerlessness to control who has the right to be in this country was glaringly exposed last night by two extraordinary cases. In the first, an anti-Semitic preacher of hate whom the Home Secretary had banned from entering Britain was able to stroll in through Heathrow. Last night, Raed Salah was giving a lecture organised by Islamist radicals to a large crowd in Leicester, and today he was due to speak at Westminster at the invitation of Left-wing Labour MPs. In the second, a bombshell ruling by European judges blocked the deportation of some Somali criminals back to their homeland. The Strasbourg court said the men, including drug dealers and serial burglars, might be persecuted in war-torn Somalia, and that they must be allowed to stay to protect their human rights. So, irrespective of how  heinous their crimes or the danger they present to the public, Britain has no power to expel them.

COST OF INTERPRETERS FOR FOREIGN CROOKS

BRITAIN’S police forces are spending more than £75,000 a day on translators to deal with migrants. They spent a mammoth £82.4million across the UK in the past three years communicating with foreign criminals, victims and witnesses who do not speak English. The figure is almost 60 per cent up on the total spent in 2004, when the EU expanded, allowing tens of thousands more eastern Europeans to come to the UK.

At a time when an estimated 16,000 frontline officers face being axed to meet budget cuts, the sum is the equivalent of having 3,542 more constables on the beat spread over three years.

JUDGES STOPPING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CRIMINALS FROM BEING DEPORTED

A judge cut the sentence of an illegal immigrant and drug dealer yesterday to help him escape deportation. Vincent Miller was kicked out of the UK twice but managed to return and stay for more than a decade by stealing the identities of British citizens.
Yet when the 33-year-old was sentenced, the judge said sending him home to Jamaica would be ‘devastating’ for his three children.Judge Farook Ahmed made his decision on Miller's case during proceedings at Inner London Crown Court yesterday, claiming if he was to be deported it would be 'devastating' for his children. Incredibly, he deliberately shortened the sentence Miller would have received from a year to 11 months. Criminals given 12 months face automatic deportation proceedings.

HUMAN RIGHTS ACT BEING ABUSED

The Labour-created and Tory/Lib Dem-backed Human Rights Act (HRA) is being used to let at least 350 foreigners guilty of serious criminal offences stay in Britain each year, according to UK Border Agency (UKBA) figures.

AN illegal immigrant who has languished in custody for more than five years – because the Home Office doesn’t know where to send him – has launched a High Court bid for freedom. Convicted thief Mounir Raki claims his “human right to liberty” is breached by his detention at the hands of the Home Office. Raki was kept behind bars after serving a jail sentence when he refused to tell investigators his true nationality.

Officials were forced to detain him – at a cost of £250,000 to the taxpayer – while they tried to establish his country of origin. Last night the case was condemned as the latest example of foreign criminals using human rights legislation to abuse UK immigration laws. It follows that of convicted sex attacker Sarafa Salami who is being kept by the taxpayer eight years after he should have been deported to his native Togo. Salami has cost Britain at least £235,000 in rent, food and detention costs, and should have left after his four-year sentence.

He fathered two children while avoiding deportation, and now claims that sending him back would breach his human right to a family life. Alp Mehmet, vice-chairman of watchdog Migrationwatch UK, said of the Raki case that illegals arrive in Britain and destroy their identity papers so the authorities do not know where to deport them.

We can't deport Somali crooks.

A serial criminal from Somalia who cannot be deported from Britain is back behind bars after committing yet more offences. Abdisamad Sufi was jailed for two attempted burglaries only days after Strasbourg judges granted his release from an immigration detention centre. MPs said the case showed how human rights laws had made a mockery of British justice. The Home Office had been trying to kick him out after he was convicted of a string of offences dating back to 2005. They include burglary, fraud, making threats to kill and indecent exposure. But, in a shock ruling which could pave the way for up to 200 Somali criminals to stay in the UK, the European Court of Human Rights last week decided it would not be safe to send him back to his homeland. Amazingly, a few days later, he was back in court for attempting to burgle homes in Shepherds Bush, West London, and then resisting arrest. He was found with screwdrivers and wire cutters and police had to use CS spray to detain him.

Magistrates sentenced him to six weeks in prison on Monday after he admitted the crimes. However, upon his release, officials are likely to still find it impossible to remove him. Tory MP Philip Davies said the European court's judgment had created 'completely unnecessary victims of crime'.

Muslims have no loyalty to Britain

British Muslims 'fighting with Taliban in Afghanistan'

British Muslims are helping the Taliban in their war against UK soldiers in southern Afghanistan, according to the former commander of Britain's forces in Afghanistan. Brig. Ed Butler, who spent six months commanding British forces in Afghanistan, also revealed fears that militant Islamic groups in south- east Asia are supporting terrorist plots in the UK. The brigadier, a former head of the SAS, spoke exclusively to the Daily Telegraph in the week when the British death toll in Afghanistan reached 114, with 17 fatalities in the last two months. UK forces have uncovered evidence that British Muslims are actively supporting the Taliban and al-Qa'eda in attacks on coalition forces in southern Afghanistan, Brig Butler said.

illegal workers killed at rail crossing

3 ILLEGAL WORKING MIGRANTS KILLED AT A RAIL CROSSING.

Three farm workers were killed on the 7th July 2003 when a train hit their van on an unmanned level crossing.  They should have telephoned the signal man before crossing the railway line.  Could the driver read English? Has he passed his driving test?  Casual workers at the farm said the dead men maybe Kurdish asylum seekers.  An asylum seeker from Iraq said " I know I am not meant to work but I need more money".

HOW WAS MURDERER ALLOWED TO BECOME A LAWYER?

HOW WAS MURDERER ALLOWED TO BECOME A LAWYER?

A killer who became who became a solicitor after leaving jail was given a second life term yesterday (17th July 2003)  for attempted murder.  Jamaican born Tokunbo Okunola, was first jailed for murder in 1977, tried to kill his wife in July last year.  A law society spokesman said "being a convicted murderer is not an automatic bar to becoming a solicitor".  "Given the seriousness of this matter, the case will be investigated and the criteria for entry into the profession will be looked at", he added.

ASYLUM SEEKER MURDERED 2 WOMEN
A teenager who murdered two women within a fortnight came to Britain as an asylum seeker and has been granted indefinite leave to stay it emerged on the 19th January 2007.  Roberto Malasi, 18, shot dead a women holding a baby at a christening then stabbed a student through the heart.  He faces a life in jail when sentenced next month.  Angolan born Malasi could still be allowed to stay in this country despite the double murder conviction.
TPA STUDY COST OF CRIME IN LONDON
A new study by the TaxPayers’ Alliance has discovered that the cost of crime in London in 2006-07 was a staggering £3 billion, equivalent to £400 for every person in London. Using Home Office calculations to take into account the economic and social cost of various types of crime, TPA researchers were able to provide an in-depth breakdown of the cost of different types of crime borough-by-borough.

Using the estimated costs of different types of crime gives an appropriate weighting to crimes such as violent or sexual offences that are more serious and more worrying to the public than petty theft from a shop.

The report reveals a wide inequality in the cost of crime among different boroughs, ranging from Westminster (£154.8m, or £620 per capita) and Islington (£109m, or £590 per head) to Harrow (£50m, or £235 per head) and Richmond (£39, or £215 per head).

SYRIAN MADE BOMBS

Graduate jailed for making bombs PA Wednesday, 30 July 2008

A Syrian who attempted to make bombs for al-Qa'ida-style terror attacks after being granted asylum in the UK was jailed for seven years today. Hassan Tabbakh was told by the Recorder of Birmingham, Judge Frank Chapman, that the devices he created could have been developed into viable bombs capable of causing destruction and death. This vile Muslim terrorist has not only been given asylum here because he said that his life was in danger in Syria. He had also been awarded £3,000 by a local authority for having to stay in inferior accommodation.
POLISH CRIMINALS IN THE UK
Shackled inside a military transport plane, dozens of Polish criminals arrested in Britain are flown home to face a court. The secret fortnightly flights, dubbed Con Air, involve around 30 Polish police officers landing at a small airport near London as part of a massive security operation to return fugitives who have fled to Britain across open borders. The prisoners are led across the runway handcuffed, carrying their possessions in plastic bags, and strapped into the seats of the usually full 80-seater Polish military twin-propeller aircraft. The number of Eastern European fugitives captured in Britain has increased so much that the flights have become a regular fortnightly event at Biggin Hill Airport. But the administration cost to the British taxpayer is £25million. And some of those extradited are back in the UK within three days of being dealt with in their home country. Police said some of the Poles - who have come here in large numbers since the expansion of the EU in 2004 allowed them free rights of movement - are wanted back home for serious crimes.
ID CROOKS ARE JAILED

ID CROOKS ARE JAILED.

Three economic migrants who made £10 million in the UK's biggest credit card and immigration scam were jailed on the 18th December 2004.  The Nigerian computer experts supplied foreigners and crooks with fake passports and documents for new identities.  They used hi-tech software and operated from an address in New Cross, Londonistan.

Moses Olanrewaju, Olatunji Mustaffa got six and half years and Mutiary Oliniyi were given a sentence of just 4 years.

EASTERN EUROPEANS RESPONSIBLE FOR 15 PERCENT OF FATAL CRASHES

Immigrants from Eastern Europe are responsible for nearly 15 per cent of fatal crashes on rural roads, it has been revealed.

Concerns are so great over the massive rise in accidents that young Polish men will now be classified as one of the three most-at-risk groups on the road in Yorkshire - and local authorities across the UK could follow their example.

The figures have been released by North Yorkshire Council, after officers became increasingly concerned with anecdotal evidence suggesting immigrants were putting lives at risk. Previously, there had been no figures available for the proportion of road accidents caused by immigrants, with data only charting drivers' current place of residence and not ethnicity or place of birth.

TWO SOUTH AFRICAN'S ROBBER AND MURDERED STRANGERS
Two South Africans who robbed and murdered two strangers and mugged a string of others while living in the UK on expired visas were jailed yesterday for a minimum of 30 years each. Gabriel Bhengu, 27, and Jabu Mbowane, 26, used their brute strength to grab seven victims in suffocating headlocks before robbing them. Both men were so strong that two of their targets died in the attacks, while two others told police they felt they were going to die as they were held in headlocks.
40 PERCENT OF DRINK DRIVERS ARE IMMIGRANTS

Revealed: 40 per cent of drink drivers in Britain are now immigrants

The leaked statistics also show the vast amount come from Poland or Lithuania - fuelling fears that some foreigners ignore our breathalyser rules.

In Cambridgeshire, two in every five motorists caught over the legal limit or driving while banned are from overseas.
In Cambridgeshire, two in every five motorists caught over the legal limit or driving while banned are foreigners. The county's Chief Constable, Julie Spence warned in April about the effects of rapid immigration to the area, which has seen a large influx of Eastern Europeans. She said her officers were struggling to deal with increases in offences including knife crime and warned specifically that many migrants were drink-driving.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT WHO KILLED CAN'T BE DEPORTED BECAUSE OF HUMAN RIGHTS
An illegal immigrant who killed a brilliant young writer by driving into her at 60mph cannot be deported because it would breach his human rights.
Ahsan Sabri, 28, was unlicensed and not properly insured when he roared through a red light and ploughed into Oxford University graduate Sophie Warne.
The 30-year-old died instantly from a broken neck. She had published five books, was writing her first novel and was about to announce her engagement.
But the High Court overturned an immigration tribunal decision that Sabri - who had overstayed his visa - should be sent home to Pakistan.
The judge ruled that deporting him would breach his right to 'respect for family life' as he had married a British woman in 2003 and had a daughter, born last May, with her.
2 MUSLIM MEN JAILED FOR SEX ATTACKS ON WHITE GIRLS
Another two Muslim men have been jailed for sex attacks on teenage white girls they had plied with drink and drugs. Mirza Baig, 35, and Mohammed Ditta, 39, picked up vulnerable teenagers, offering them drink and cigarettes, Manchester Crown Court was told. But after luring them back to Ditta’s flat in Hulme, Manchester, the girls were given vodka, Ecstasy pills and cocaine, until they became unconscious. They then pounced on their 15-year-old victims, stripping them naked, putting them in beds and trying to force them to have sex. Baig, of Longdon Road, Longsight, Manchester, and Ditta of Newdale Road, Levenshulme, Manchester, were jailed indefinitely for the public’s protection and told they must each serve at least three years before parole.
MOSQUE'S COLLECTING MONEY TO SUPPORT TERROR
A banned Islamic terrorist group funded with cash raised in British mosques is believed to be behind the Mumbai attacks. Kashmiri separatists Lashkar-e-Taiba, ‘The Army of the Righteous’, which has strong links to Al Qaeda, is accused of previous terrorist outrages in India. And intercepted telephone and radio communications before and during the latest attacks apparently suggest a link. Indian officials say at least one of the gunmen captured after the attacks is part of a Lashkar network. The group last week denied any responsibility and the unknown group Deccan Mujahideen said it was behind the atrocity. But earlier this year another group, the Indian Mujahideen, which has links to Lashkar-e-Taiba, sent an email to Indian police warning it was planning an attack in Mumbai. The message read: ‘We are keeping a close eye on you and just waiting for the right time to execute your bloodshed...Let the Indian Mujahideen warn all the people of Mumbai. You are already on our hit list and this time very, very seriously.’
ANOTHER ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT AND RAPIST
An illegal immigrant who was due to be deported from the UK for a third time, has been jailed for five-and-a-half years for the rape and beating of a teenage girl.
Peter Delisser, 36, from Jamaica, came to Britain 12 years ago under the name Peter Cohen, and lived in the country illegally after marrying British woman Sally Weir, with whom he has two young sons. Delisser was deported in 1999 but slipped back into the UK under the same name. He was deported a second time but came back again in October 2001, calling himself Richard Hutchinson. Despite being already married, he married a second woman but was arrested and jailed for bigamy in 2005.He was due to be deported after his release from the four-month prison sentence but managed to evade the attention of the authorities for long enough to rape his 18-year-old victim, with whom he had formed a relationship. A jury at Bristol Crown Court last month found him guilty of rape and common assault. In the same court today, Judge Simon Darwall Smith sentenced Delisser five years in prison for rape, six months consecutively for common assault and three months concurrently for possession of cannabis.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT FROM SOUTH AFRICA IN KNIFE ATTACKS

A teenage illegal invader from South Africa who imported a mini-version of that country’s shocking crime plague to Britain has been jailed after being convicted of 23 knife attacks in Birmingham.

Terashiya Chiloane, a 19-year-old black South African living illegally in Maw Street, Walsall, was sent to prison for three and a half years and told he would be deported when he had completed his prison sentence.

Chiloane was but one of an entire street gang who carried out the knife-point robberies. None of the other offenders have been arrested.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT RAPED GIRL SO HE COULD GET FREE FOOD

The latest example of this EU madness has come with the trial of a Romanian immigrant in Britain who brutally raped a young woman on a railway station so he could be sent to prison for a bed, food and English lessons at the same jail as his brother.

Ali Majlat , who appears to be either a Muslim or a Gypsy, and has a number of convictions in Romania and Britain, punched, kicked and dragged his 21-year-old victim along the ground as she waited for a train home after seeing friends.

She briefly escaped his clutches but he caught up with her in an underpass at Wakefield Kirkgate station in West Yorkshire and subjected her to a sustained attack which was captured on CCTV.

He then stole her mobile phone, purse and a bracelet before fleeing. When he was caught five days later he admitted his guilt and claimed he did it so he would end up in jail.

“When I was on the railway station I thought I should rape this lady in order to get a place to eat and sleep and learn the English language,” he told a psychologist.

ONE IN SIX RAPES CARRIED OUT BY FOREIGNERS IN THE UK

FOREIGNERS carried out one in six rapes in Britain last year, police figures have revealed.

And migrant workers, illegal immigrants and even tourists were responsible for up to a third of all sex attacks in some areas.

In Greater London, the worst area affected, foreigners were charged in connection with one in three rapes, statistics obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show. Other areas with large immigration populations – Cambridgeshire, Merseyside, Hertfordshire, Avon and Somerset – also recorded high numbers of non-UK citizens charged with sex attacks.

Police blame the influx of eastern Europeans into Britain following EU enlargement in 2004 for compounding the problem and have called for tougher border controls.

Last night critics said the figures provided further evidence of Labour’s mishandling of the immigration system.

ALGERIAN MURDERER AND RAPIST
Mohamed Boudjenane later threw the head of fellow Algerian Lakhdar Ouyahia into a canal. He had also tried to cut off his victim's limbs and dumped the body wrapped in bedding in a supermarket storage cage where it was found by a member of the public, the Old Bailey heard. Earlier Boudjenane had abducted a mother-of-four off the street as she was going to church to sing in the choir. He tied her up with shoe-laces, raped her, beat her black and blue and shaved off her hair. Her 11-hour ordeal at his flat in Kilburn, north London, in February, this year, ended when she talked him out of killing her by agreeing to marry him. Boudjenane, 46, was found guilty of murder and was told he would have to serve a minimum term of 22 years. He was jailed for a concurrent 15 years in total for rape and false imprisonment.

BOGUS TURKISH TAXI DRIVER RAPIST ARRESTED
Bogus taxi driver rapist convicted .
A JURY convicted a kebab shop worker of raping a woman in the Blackwood area after kidnapping her.  Cardiff Crown Court had heard how Gokhan Bozoglan, 29, posed as a taxi driver and targeted the woman after he spotted her looking for a cab after a night out with girlfriends.
Bozoglan, a Turkish national who had lived in various addresses in Newport, Cefn Fforest, Ammanford, Nelson and London, was convicted by majority verdicts of charges of rape and kidnapping .
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT KILLS HIS DAUGHTER
AN ILLEGAL immigrant who murdered his six-week-old daughter was yesterday jailed for life with a minimum of 16 years behind bars. Nigerian Olusola Akinrele, 34, fathered the girl just to avoid deportation, a court heard. He subjected baby Leeya to a catalogue of violent abuse, including biting her fingers in half and battering her skull when she would not stop crying. The Old Bailey was told the girl was left in agony from 22 broken ribs, a broken leg, fractures to her knees and appalling bite injuries to her nose and hands. She then received one catastrophic blow to the head and died 12 days later when hospital doctors switched off her life-support machine. Paramedics had found her “lifeless” at her parents’ rented home in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, after her mother, Kelly Inman, dialed 999.
LONG WAY FROM ETHIOPIA

Long way from Ethiopia

For 28-year-old Hussein Osman, it was a long way from the dusty streets of Harar in Ethiopia to Shepherds Bush station. But by the time he made that journey, Osman had lost his home town's message of peace and tolerance. Unlike the 7/7 bombers who were second generation immigrants, the 21/7 bombers largely came to the UK claiming asylum as children from the war zones of the Horn of Africa. But Osman falsely claimed asylum. He Illegally got permission to stay in the UK by saying he was from Somalia. Ibrahim got British citizenship in 2004 after arriving from Eritrea as a child refugee. He got this even though he had convictions for indecent assault and robbery. Yassin Omar and Ramzi Mohammed, both from Somalia had been given indefinite leave to remain in Britain - Mohammad was given permission to stay just three months before he tried to bomb the tube. Before Hussein Osman left Ethiopia, he was known as Hamdi Isaac. His father, left broken by his sons' involvement in the bomb plot, told Channel 4 News in his first ever interview that he had taught his son to know the difference between right and wrong.

AFRICAN HIV RAPIST

Linkoy Muhuri, who raped a frail mother of three, claims he faces dangers in his own country
A man who raped a frail mother of three while HIV positive is trying to escape deportation. Linkoy Muhuri, a failed asylum seeker from the Congo, claims he faces dangers in his own country because of his medical condition and his ethnicity.

The former hairdresser, 40, was jailed for ten years after attacking the Aids counsellor, 34, who has sickle cell anaemia and had her feet covered in bandages at the time. During his prison sentence, he has been eligible for free treatment for HIV worth tens of thousands of pounds. Despite a judge recommending him for deportation on his release, his wife and two children were allowed to stay in Britain so they could visit him. Muhuri, who came to Britain in 1999, has now served his sentence. But appearing before an Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in Brentford, West London, yesterday he produced more reasons as to why he should be allowed to stay. As well as medical and family reasons, his lawyer secured him a two-month reprieve by arguing that his "ethnicity" could put him in danger in the Congo.

IMMIGRANTS CARRYING KNIFES
IMMIGRANTS are behind a surge in crime, one of the country’s top officers warned yesterday. Cambridgeshire Chief Constable Julie Spence said three nationalities were causing the biggest problems for her beleaguered force. Rises in assaults and knife crime were worst among Poles, Lithuanians and Iraqi Kurds, she told MPs. And the effect of mass migration under Labour had had an “immense” impact on police resources. Mrs Spence, who has regularly warned about the impact of immigration, raised concerns that the three nationalities, who have recently arrived in Britain in large numbers, tend to carry knives.
burgler freed because he has a family - human rights act again
A burglar from Nottingham has been freed from jail on appeal so he can care for his five children.Wayne Bishop, 33, was jailed for eight months for breaking into a rugby club and crashing into a police car. He argued the judgement breached his human rights and the Court of Appeal agreed not enough attention was paid to the effect on his children. Mick Taylor of Nottinghamshire Police Federation said he felt Bishop had been "let off" by the court. Bishop, of Southchurch Drive, Clifton, who raided Mansfield Rugby Club along with three other men in September 2010, apologised to his victims after being released from Ranby Prison.
BOMBERS WERE BOTH SONS OF ASYLUM SEEKERS

Both named men being hunted by police for the attempted London bombings on July 21 are sons of asylum seekers, the Home Office has revealed.

The pair have been legally resident in the UK for more than 10 years and one was even awarded a British passport last September.

Terror suspect Yasin Hussan Omar is a Somalian national who arrived in Britain aged 11 in 1992 as a dependant and was granted exceptional leave to remain in the country. In May 2000 he was granted indefinite leave to remain. Muktar Said-Ibrahim, also known as Muktar Mohammed-Said, is a naturalised British citizen, said the Home Office spokeswoman. He arrived in Britain from Eritrea as a dependant in 1992, aged 14. Said-Ibrahim was granted exceptional leave to remain, she said.

In November 2003 he applied for naturalisation as a British citizen and was issued with his British passport in September last year, she added.

SOMALIAN'S MURDER WOMEN PC
The heartbroken husband of PC Sharon Beshenivsky attacked the soft immigration laws which left Somali criminals free to murder her.  Two of the armed gang who gunned her down were asylum seekers.  They were given permission to stay in Britain despite having convictions for a range of offences.  Yusuf Abdillh Jama faces life behind bars but his brother Mustaf a career criminal remains at large after fleeing to Somalia.  He was made a British National after the Home Office ruled it would breach his human rights to deport him.  He is thought to have fled Britain dressed as a Muslim women.
ABU IZZADEEN

Abu Izzadeen, born as Trevor Brooks (born on 18 April 1976) is a spokesman for Al Ghurabaa, an Islamist organization banned under the Terrorism Act 2006 for the glorification of terrorism, that operated in the United Kingdom.[1]

He was born in Hackney, East London to a family originally from Jamaica. Brooks converted to Islam in 1994, changing his name to Omar, but preferring to be called Abu Izadeen. He is fluent in Arabic.[2] He is a communication engineer by training.

Influenced by his brother Abu Abdul Rahman, also a convert to Islam, the Islamic leader is married to an Arab woman with whom he has three children. He told Asharq al Awsat that 1994, the year he embraced Islam, was a watershed. He continues to regret the 17 years he spent prior to his conversion, and he added. I still vividly remember the day I pronounced the Shahadah, in my father’s house. It was a day before I turned 18, on 17 April 1994."

Abu Izzadeen has described the 7/7 suicide bombers in London as "completely praiseworthy".[3]

On the eve of the anniversary of the 7/7 attacks in London he was filmed preaching to a group of Muslims in Birmingham (UK) mocking and laughing at the victims of 9/11 and threatening further terror attacks in the UK.[4]

He has openly stated that he wishes to die as a suicide bomber.[5]

HUMAN RIGHTS ACT AGAIN
Criminals sent to England's two foreigners-only jails to be deported have been released early and allowed to stay in Britain instead. Ministers opened prisons in Canterbury and Bullwood Hall, Essex, for overseas convicts so that they could be sent home once their sentence was complete.  The £15million policy is designed to help immigration staff concentrate on having the robbers, burglars and drug dealers removed.  But at least 21 convicts sent to the prisons have already been freed under the Government's controversial early release scheme.  They walked out 18 days before their sentences reached the halfway point, and were given up to £174 each in spending money.  The prisons are meant only for inmates who will be deported. But officials decided that EU and human rights laws prevent those freed from being kicked out of the country.  The laws bar the deportation of criminals to countries which are considered "unsafe", or those who have established a family life in the UK.
BANGLADESHI GROPED WOMEN'S BREASTS
Sick Zamal Uddin, 44, faces a jail sentence for groping a passenger’s breasts. Judge Timothy King said the Bangladeshi should be served with papers to ensure his deportation after serving his sentence. Uddin, who used a tax-payer-funded interpreter during his court case, moved to Britain in 1992. He admitted two charges of sex assault after attacking the drunk girl. At Snaresbrook Crown Court, Judge King said: “These are serious matters and custody appears to be appropriate in this case. “Also what troubles me, although it’s not something that bears on sentence, he has been here for nigh on 20 years and he requires an interpreter. “I suspect he lives within his own community and has never bothered to learn English. “It is highly desirable that those who come to this country from abroad integrate, rather than live isolated within their own community.” He told Uddin: “The authorities may consider your continued presence here undesirable.”
MUSLIM LEADER AND RAPIST
MUSLIM leader who claimed he was preaching at a mosque when he was really carrying out a brutal rape was jailed for ten years in 2008. Abdul Mukin Khalisadar, 26, held a knife to his victim’s throat as he attacked her in her home. He persuaded seven men to back up his story that he had been in the mosque at the time. Khalisadar later admitted raping the 27-year-old. He claimed a substance he took to help with fasting during Ramadan had made him “hyper”. The preacher forced his way into her home as she got back from a night out, the court was told. He threatened to kill her — even after she claimed to be pregnant with twins to put him off, prosecutor Simon Carr said.

And he hit her face when she refused to call him “daddy”, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard. Khalisadar also stole a mobile from the house in Whitechapel, East London. He was caught by DNA a year later after being arrested over another matter. Judge Timothy King blasted his “hypocrisy”. The teaching assistant, of Forest Gate, East London, got 7½ years for rape and 2½ for conspiring to pervert justice. Seven members of East London Mosque admitted perverting justice and got 12 months each. Burka-clad women in the public gallery yelled abuse at the judge — and one screamed that the victim was a prostitute.

LATVIAN CRIMINALS LET INTO THE UK

Two Latvians who broke into an elderly widow's home and pushed her down the stairs were let into Britain despite being well-known criminals in their home country.

Dorothy Hodgson, 74, was lucky to survive the violent late-night burglary, and despite surgery faces being scarred for life as a result of appalling injuries to her face.

After her attackers were captured by police, officers discovered that one had served a five-year prison sentence for robbery in Latvia while his accomplice is wanted for assault by the authorities there. But because Latvia is a member of the EU, they were free to settle and work in Britain without having their criminal records scrutinised.

To add insult to injury, assault charges against the pair have now been dropped after a judge said it couldn't be established which of them pushed Mrs Hodgson - even though she is adamant she knows and would have been prepared to testify in court.

Yesterday she and her family were joined by their local MP in demanding tougher measures against foreign criminals trying to move to Britain. Mrs Hodgson was preparing to go to bed at her home in Brierfield, Lancashire on July 23 last year when she came across two men in her bedroom."I slammed the bedroom door to try to trap them but one of them forced his way out and pushed me down the stairs," she said yesterday. Despite a gashed face she picked up her phone to dial 999, but the man ripped the receiver out of her hand and the pair fled. The blood-covered grandmother had crawl to a neighbour's house and call for help. At the time a detective on the case said: "Had the victim been frail and unable to raise the alarm, we may have been dealing with a murder investigation." Police later arrested Vjaceslavs Skerskans, 29, and Ramunas Budvyatis, 30, and found they were Latvians living in nearby Nelson where they worked at meat factories. They were charged with burglary and assault causing grievous bodily harm, but last week when they appeared at Burnley Crown Court the latter charge was dropped because prosecutors couldn't prove which of them had pushed her. Yesterday Mrs Hodgson said: "That's nonsense - it was definitely the round-faced one (Budvyatis) who attacked me."I would have stood up in court and said that, but now I won't have the chance. I feel very let down."And to find out they were known criminals when they came to Britain and yet we can do nothing about it is appalling.

HOMESEXUAL ASYLUM SEEKER RAPES A GIRL
Zimbabwean Ottis Bere, who despite being jailed for threatening to kill his former lover, was allowed to stay after his release from prison because deporting him would breach his human rights.  Zimbabwean rapist Gabriel Vengassi , a father of three who claimed he was homosexual to win his asylum case.  The HIV positive Vengassi went on to rape a schoolgirl and is serving a 13 year sentence.
ABU QATADA

Abu Qatada, once described as Osama Bin Laden's 'right hand man in Europe', is pictured with a heavy rucksack on his shoulders. It isn't the first time he has been seen toting such a burden. Yet he claims he is so afflicted with back pain that he can't work. He receives £8,000 a year in incapacity benefit. But then, this poisonous purveyor of hate knows only too well how to milk our welfare system. Even before this handout, his family in West London - where he has an £800,000 house - was claiming £45,000 a year in child benefit, income support, housing benefit and council tax credits. No matter that he lied his way into Britain on a fake passport. No matter that Jordan wants him extradited over terrorist attacks. No matter that he rails against Jews and calls for the killing of non-Muslims. No matter that he has been described by a judge as 'truly dangerous'. He still seems untouchable. We can't kick him out, because it might infringe his human rights. We can't keep him in jail, for the same reason. Instead, he is allowed to stay at home on supposedly strict bail, forbidden to contact a long list of terror suspects and banned from using mobile phones. And how does he observe these 'strict' conditions? Last week the Mail photographed him in the company of terrorist Yasser Al-Sirri, who - in absentia - has been sentenced to death in Egypt for his part in a car bombing.

Al-Sirri was pictured on his mobile, apparently relaying messages on Qatada's behalf. What has happened to our country? Our enemies are protected. Fanaticism is indulged. Public safety appears to matter not a jot. The judiciary seems united in an unholy conspiracy to ensure no undesirable is ever deported. How in the name of sanity did we come to this?

TERROR SUSPECT FREED TO CLAIM ASYLUM
A terror suspect accused of a plot to commit mass murder with the poison ricin was last night freed to claim asylum. A special immigration hearing ruled Moloud Sihali could not be kicked out on national security grounds. The Algerian could be granted asylum.  After losing yesterday's case the Home Office had to consider a claim for refugee status made by Sihali shortly after his 2003 arrest, said immigration sources.  Sihali served a 15-month jail term for having false passports.  He is likely to receive free housing and benefits while the outcome of his asylum claim is decided - despite the fact that he sneaked into Britain illegally as long ago as 1997, using a false passport.  The Special Immigration Appeal Commission heard evidence linking Sihali to international terror suspects, including Mohamed Meguerba.  He was first arrested in September 2002 and tried for allegedly being part of a terror cell which planned to use the poison ricin to murder dozens in London. Sihali and three fellow Algerians were cleared of the plot.  Their co-defendant, Kamel Bourgass, also Algerian, was convicted of killing Detective Constable Stephen Oake in a raid connected to the plot, and conspiracy to cause a public nuisance. He was jailed for life.  Following the July 7 attacks in 2005 the Home Office said they wanted Sihali out of the country to protect national security.  Home Secretary John Reid said Sihali had provided "active, if undiscriminating, assistance to terrorists in the past" and there is a "real risk" he will do so again.  But the SIAC panel, headed by Mr Justice Mitting, yesterday said there was an "absence of any evidence or intelligence that he has ever been a principled Islamic extremist". The 31-year-old sneaked into Britain in 1997 using a false Italian identification card, court papers revealed. On arrival in London, he headed for the Finsbury Park Mosque, where he lived intermittently for two years.  The mosque was run for six years by the hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza and it has links to a string of terrorists.
UNCONTROLLED IMMIGRATION IS CAUSING A CRIME WAVE
The evidence from the police is clear: Uncontrolled immigration has brought crime with it. Britain's highest ranking black policeman, Mike Fuller, the Chief Constable of Kent, told the Government in a leaked letter that 'migration surges' had contributed to an increase of more than a third in violent crime over five years to 7,800 incidents in 2007. Julie Spence, Chief Constable of Cambridgeshire, is equally worried. She declared: "The profile of the country has changed dramatically. . . The influx of migrants from eastern European countries is placing a huge strain on resources and has brought greater complexity to the pattern of crime." She adds that the police have been "short changed for years" by a Government that has refused to plan for the at least 700,000 new arrivals from the Eastern bloc. A leaked Whitehall memo claimed that Romanian gangs were behind an astonishing 80 to 85 per cent of cash machine crimes in Britain and responsible for a sharp rise in street violence, people-trafficking, prostitution, theft and fraud. The Metropolitan Police's own crime figures for 2007 make disturbing reading. Just under a third of those charged with a criminal offence in the capital last year were foreign. Jamaicans, Poles, Romanians and Lithuanians topped the list. Around a third of all sex offences and a half of all frauds in the London area are carried out by non-British citizens. Across the country, one murder in five is committed by foreigners. The problem is not new. The very fact that the Home Office has failed for years to get to grips with immigration has contributed to the growth in crime.

KOSOVAN GYPSY ROBBER
A Kosovan gipsy who robbed a betting shop in Filton has been jailed indefinitely to protect the public. Viljer Zekaj will not be let out of jail until a parole board considers it is safe to do so - and has also been recommended for deportation on his released  The indeterminate jail sentence on the 20-year-old, who had been granted asylum to stay in the UK in 2003, was passed by a judge at St Albans Crown Court who described him as "dangerous".  The court heard Zekaj and another man pulled knives on staff members Paul Hawkins and Daniel Taylor at Coral's bookmaker in Gloucester Road.  Ian Wade, prosecuting, said Zekaj told them: "I want money. Open the safe.  Don't mess me about or I will kill you."  The men escaped with £700 in notes and £100 from the safe, said Mr Wade.  They also emptied the tills and the gaming machines, netting more than £1,800 in total.  Zekaj was linked to the robbery because his fingerprint was on a winning receipt from the gaming machine that he had earlier cashed at the counter.
RAPES IN NORTHAMPTON

When they are all behind bars the rest of us can live without fear

Detectives are following a number of fresh leads in their hunt for the sex attackers of five women in a town centre. Women in Northampton have been warned not to go out alone after dark following three rapes and two attempted abductions in the town centre in the last 10 days. The five victims - the youngest just 15 - have been approached in Northampton while out alone in the early hours of the morning.

Three were raped but two, including the young teenager, managed to flee from the men, who are thought to work in unison to abduct their victims. Detectives said yesterday that they had had a "good response" to media appeals to trace their main suspects - said to be three or more black men with southern African accents

MAIL ROBBERY

THE GREAT MAIL ROBBERY.

A £5 Million credit card and benefits racket propped up by corrupt Royal Mail workers was smashed yesterday.  Thousands of bank cards and social security books have been stolen.  Yesterday ten men - most of them failed asylum seekers from the Democratic Republic of Congo - were arrested in a Police crackdown.  At least 3 postmen were held and £20,000 in cash and dozens of credit cards recovered.  The suspected ringleader - a 34 year old asylum seeker was stopped as he drove to the shops.

3 TERROR SUSPECTS ARRESTED

LONDON (AP) - Police arrested three terror suspects in separate raids early Wednesday in northern England's Greater Manchester area.

The men, aged 30, 32 and 35, were detained under the Terrorism Act 2000 and are to be taken to London for questioning by anti-terrorist police. Two of the men were arrested at separate addresses in central Manchester, and the third man in Bury, north of the city, police said. The raids were unrelated to the murder of Det. Const. Stephen Oake, who was fatally stabbed during an anti-terrorist raid in Manchester earlier this month, police said.   Oake, 40, was stabbed to death during a Jan. 14 apartment raid which police said was linked to the Jan. 5 discovery of the deadly poison ricin in a London apartment. Kamel Bourgass, 27, has been charged with his murder. ( Has now been charged with this and given 17 years in jail)

Police arrested three men during the botched raid. Bourgass allegedly broke free more than an hour after officers first entered the apartment, grabbing a knife and allegedly stabbing Oake to death and injuring four other officers.

BOTCHED BURGLARY
10 years in jail for man described as 'every woman's nightmare' A BURGLAR has been jailed for nearly 10 years after strangling a young woman in her bed during a botched break-in. Daniel Tomczak’s horrific attack on 23-year-old Kelly Wilshire was described by Judge Gareth Hawkesworth as “every young woman’s nightmare” as he sentenced him at Cambridge Crown Court yesterday.  The court heard how Tomczak had broken into Miss Wilshire’s home in Milner Road, Wisbech, in the early hours of February 4 2005, and turned violent after spotting her cowering under her duvet.  Fearing she would scream for help, the powerfully-built Pole grabbed Miss Wilshire and pushed his hand over her mouth.
RADICAL CLERIC
The radical cleric accused of inspiring the cargo bomb plot has been backed by a prominent British campaign group which has financial support from leading charities.
Yemeni authorities have charged Anwar al-Awlaki, described as spiritual mentor to Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, with incitement to violence against foreigners. Cageprisoners, a self-styled human rights organisation, has a long association with Anwar al-Awlaki, who was last week accused of being one of the figures behind the terrorist plot to blow up cargo planes which saw a powerful device defused at East Midlands Airport. The Islamic preacher, based in Yemen, was invited to address two Cageprisoners' fundraising dinners via video link, one last year and one in 2008.The group has now told its backers that it no longer supports the cleric and that it "disagreed" with him over "the killing of civilians".But an examination of the Cageprisoners website last week suggested that its support for the cleric was as strong as ever.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT KILLED 4 TIMES

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS GANG RAPE A YOUNG GIRL

MOB OF ILLEGAL REFUGEES RAPE A 15 YEAR OLD SCHOOLGIRL.

A gang of illegal immigrants raped a 15-year old girl eight times.  The two hour attack was caught on film.  The girl was on Blackpool Promenade where she was tricked into a car and taken to a house.  The five Iraqi's involved took turns to rape her.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT KNIVES BABY TO DEATH

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT KNIVES BABY TO DEATH

A suspected illegal immigrant facing deportation was being questioned by police on the 21st October 2003 for the murder of his baby son.  Ten month old Hassan Marin bled to death after a knife was plunged into his neck in a busy city centre.  The child's mother student Lorna Martin also suffered a wrist wound as she tried in vain to protect the tot.  The father 39 year old Sharjan Kabir a Muslim arrived in Britain in the mid 1990's from Pakistan and was working in an Asian restaurant.  He was facing deportation later this week.  The couple had split up.

ASYLUM SEEKER ADMITS SEX ATTACK

Asylum seeker admits sex attacks.
An asylum seeker admitted carrying out a series of sex attacks on women in Peterborough when he appeared in court in Norwich on Monday.

Reza Ali Saleh, 23, pleaded guilty to two indecent assaults and attempted rape and two charges of robbery. Norwich Crown Court heard Saleh, who was accompanied by an Arabic interpreter, was arrested in January. The case was adjourned until next week when Saleh is due to be sentenced. He was seeking asylum when arrested.

Prosecuting, Simon Thomas said it was unclear where Saleh had come from, but it was thought he may be Egyptian. The sex offences had been committed in between September last year and January this year.

MURDERED BY THE MOB

MURDERED BY THE MOB.

A mob of 25 thugs armed with baseball bats, knives and golf clubs battered a man to death in the back of an ambulance.  The victim had took refuge in the parked vehicle.  He was hit so hard he died in hospital.  Other men were also battered in the street as the mob went on the rampage in Bounds Green, North Londonistan.  The dead man came from Moldova.  After the mob killed the Moldovan they chased another man who was hit by a car.  A witness said the gang looked Albanian and Kosovan but also had some black members - every one had a weapon. We have witnessed in my home town a man stomped to death by Kosovans outside the Bar-me pub in Greyfriars, Northampton.

REFUGEE NURSE ROBBED THE ILL

Refugee 'nurse' robbed ill

AN asylum seeker who posed as a nurse to rob patients was jailed for two years yesterday. Linda Kanhiwa, 25, used a flatmate’s uniform then toured wards and rifled through patients’ belongings while they slept. She stole credit and debit cards and spent around £700 on them. She was arrested after a nurse spotted her trying to break into a room at a hospital in Walsall, West Midlands, while in the uniform.

Kanhiwa, of Birmingham, admitted the attempted burglary, obtaining property by deception and theft at the city’s crown court. She asked for 19 similar offences to be taken into consideration. The court decided not to apply to deport her after the judge heard she could face persecution in Zimbabwe, where her father was murdered.

TWO FAILED ASYLUM SEEKERS ABDUCTED YOUNG GIRLS

TWO FAILED ASYLUM SEEKERS CHARGED WITH ABDUCTING YOUNG GIRLS.

A failed teenage asylum seeker aged 17 has been remanded in custody accused of the rape and abduction of a 12 year old girl.  The 17 year old Kurd had his asylum claim rejected in August 2004 and is awaiting an appeal.  The man will appear in a youth court on March 16th 2005 charged with abduction, rape , attempted rape, and indecent assault.  The girl was driven to an address in Coventry with another school friend.  A second defendant 19year old Omar Rasoul , of Culoworth Court, Foleshill , Coventry had driven to Northampton to pick up the 12 year old girls.  Girls went missing on Friday but were found on Saturday in Coventry.  Omar faces two charges of abduction.  We have seen Kosovan's killing a local man outside a pub in Abington Street in 2004 and also a pregnant women and baby killed by being hit by a car driven by Sri-Lankans.  The Sri-Lankans fled the country when granted bail.

ASYLUM SEEKER WAS BOGUS DENTIST

HUNDREDS LEFT IN AGONY BY ASYLUM SEEKER.

A bogus dentist was jailed for two years in March 2005.  Failed asylum seeker Omid Amidi-Mazaheri pocketed a fortune using probes and drills to carry out complex treatments. The Iranian used a dead dentist identity to hide his lack of qualifications for the job.  One time when giving an injection he dropped equipment down a patient's throat.  His scam funded a life of luxury and he had a top of the range Mercedes car.

FAKE ASYLUM DOCTOR

10 YEARS FOR FAKE ASYLUM DOCTOR.

A bogus doctor who made over 1.5 million pounds by treating asylum seekers was jailed for ten years on the 26th January 2005.  Iranian born Barian Baluchi convinced the General Medical Council that he was a professor of psychiatry.  He registered his Harley street clinic as a mental health charity for migrants and pocketed over 440,000 pounds in grants.  He was an expert court witness many times and raked in a fortune writing reports for asylum seekers trying to avoid deportation.  The reports were all the same with just the name changed.

FOREIGNERS IN BRITISH JAILS

FOREIGNERS IN BRITISH JAILS.

In Britain, by last August 2003 one in seven of the jail population was a foreign national, including 2,795 Jamaicans among England and Wales prison population of 73,000.   More than ten per cent of females in jail in England and Wales are Jamaican drug smugglers.  Britain only sends convicted foreigners to serve sentences in their homeland to 17 countries that we have bilateral deals with.

140,000 MIGRANTS IN JUST ONE YEAR.

140,000 migrants settle in Britain in just one year.

The number of economic migrants allowed to settle in Britain soared to record levels in 2003.  A total of 139,675 people were told they could live here permanently.  The figure is double that of when Labour came to power.  The rise included a 50 percent leap in economic migrants who originally arrived on temporary work permits.  Almost half of the economic migrants came to join existing family members.  30,000 of the migrants (1 in 5) were those with work permits who had lived temporary in the UK for four years or more, entitling them to residence - Why?

Ministers are ignoring illegal migration and handing out work permits like confetti.  We are removing fewer failed asylum seekers than before and there are thousands who still have no right to live in the UK.  Migration watch describe the figures as another spin operation.  I personally have estimated that there are about 1 million illegal migrants in the UK.

ILLEGAL MINICAB DRIVERS
Two illegal minicab drivers have been jailed for rape in recent months.

In March an Old Bailey judge said "nobody can travel with any safety in a minicab" in London after an Afghan refugee cab driver was sentenced to eight years in jail for raping a woman passenger.Assadullah Razaq, 31, had bought a false driving licence in someone else's name and had no insurance. Last October Mohammed Akhtar, 28, was jailed for nine years for raping two of his passengers. A translator was behind bars on August 1st 2003 for helping hundreds of asylum seekers cheat their way through the driving test.  Michael Babayan, 49 , provided the candidates, who were mostly Afghan, with answers through a hidden mobile phone earpiece during the test's theory section.  The Iranian, who was working as an interpreter at the Palmers Green Test Centre in North Londinistan, made up to £250,000 from the scam.  He charged at least 400 applicants between £250 and £650 for his services.

ANOTHER FOREIGNER KILLER WE CAN'T DEPORT

The man who knifed head teacher Philip Lawrence to death has been allowed to stay in the UK after winning an appeal against deportation.

Learco Chindamo, 26, is serving a life sentence for killing Mr Lawrence outside his London school in 1995. Chindamo's lawyers argued that deporting him to Italy, where he was born, would breach his human rights. The murderer is set to be given a new identity, a new home and intensive security protection. Learco Chindamo, will also get the benefit of a Draconian court order to protect his privacy and prevent anyone revealing where he is, officials close to his case believe.  The benefit of a new home and a new start subsidised by the taxpayer is also likely to be extended to his mother Paquita and his brother Wolfgang. The deal would include long-term police protection and probation support.  It could cost up to £1million a year to give Chindamo this type of protection. The Home Office estimates this is the annual cost of protecting the likes of Maxine Carr under a new identity.

TORSO FOUND IN THE THAMES

SMUGGLER FACES TORSO BOY QUIZ

A man who smuggled hundreds of youngsters into Britain was locked up for four and a half years on the 26th July 2004.  Kingsley Ojo is expected to be questioned in jail by detectives investigating the ritual murder of a five-year old African boy, whose torso was found in the Thames in 2001.  Southwark Crown Court heard that Ojo, 35, came to the UK in 1997, claiming to be fleeing war torn Sierra Leone.  He was granted leave to remain.  His story was another sham, he in fact comes from Benin City in Nigeria.  Guess what the murdered boy also came from the same place.  His UK girlfriend had lost a son years earlier.  He used the dead child's birth certificate to obtain a passport and driving licence. He became a key part of a network smuggling hundreds of adults and children into Europe.  Immigrants paying the traffickers up to 20,000 pounds.  Ojo set up immigrants into prostitution, drug dealing and benefit fraud - taking a slice of the profits.  When his flat was searched in Stratford, East Londonistan the police found a video mock-up of ritual killings.  The prime murder suspect in the Torso murder has been arrested in Ireland and is awaiting extradition orders.

KIDNAP GANG
A gang of armed robbers have been jailed for life for kidnapping people and subjecting them to "sadistic and gratuitous violence".  More than a dozen pedestrians and motorists in London were beaten and stripped of their valuables.  London's Wood Green Crown Court heard one man had his arm broken and another was tortured with a cigarette lighter.  Pedro Frota, 19, Sofian Majera, 22, and Robert Lincoln, 18, all from east London, admitted 17 robberies.  The court heard they cruised London at night armed with guns, knives and baseball bats looking for victims.
Homophobia and racism
.
People they kidnapped were stripped of their valuables and warned they would be tortured or killed unless they handed over their pin numbers.
Threats ranged from being shot and having their throats slit to their eyes being gouged and being burnt alive.  The jury was told the gang broke the arm of one victim who was so frightened he could not tell his attackers what they wanted to know.

Francis Sheridan, prosecuting, said it was made clear homophobia and racial hatred occasionally played a part in the selection of victims.  Jamaican national Lincoln, 18, from Barking, and Rwandan Majera, 22, from nearby Dagenham were ordered to each serve seven years.  Portuguese national Frota, 19, also from Barking, must serve six years and three months.  Frota's older brother Luis, 22, escaped a life sentence and was handed a four-and-a-half year term for his lesser role.  Judge Witold Pawlak told Lincoln, Majera and Pedro Frota they must serve a minimum of seven years before they could be considered for parole.
FOREIGN PRISONERS AVOIDING DEPORTATION

More than 200 foreign prisoners, including killers, cheated deportation last year by claiming they have a human right to a ‘family life’ in Britain.

The Home Office has confirmed that the ‘right to a family life’ has become the number one excuse used by convicts successfully blocking removal from the UK. It has overtaken the usual claim submitted by illegal immigrants and overseas criminals that they face ill-treatment at home. MPs said it was hard proof that Article 8 of the Human Rights Act – which protects the right to a ‘family life’ – was being abused, and they are demanding changes to the law. Tory MP Dominic Raab, who obtained the figures, said: ‘It is one thing to argue against deporting an individual into the arms of a torturing state. But it makes a mockery of British justice to allow hundreds of criminals and suspected terrorists to claim family ties to defeat a deportation order.

FLYING IN TERRORISTS
Four terror suspects were released on to Britain's streets hours after being rescued by the Government from execution overseas. Suspected as Jihadists, the men had been interviewed by police.  The four, who are British citizens of North-African origin in their twenties, were seized on the Kenyan border with Somalia by special forces - possibly the SAS, who are known to be operating in the area. They were reportedly trying to escape from Somalia where they were suspected of fighting in a Jihadi struggle with terrorists linked to Al Qaeda. The suspects were handed over to the Kenyans, who deported them back to Somalia - where they faced the death penalty from authorities engaged in a violent power struggle with Islamic extremists. But the men - named by Kenya as Mohammed Ezzouek, Hamza Chentouf, Shah Jehan Janjua and Fesal Afshar Zabequn - were plucked to safety by the Foreign Office consul. At UK taxpayer's expense, they were flown to Kenya on a special charter flight and then to Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, on an RAF plane. The four, whose families are believed to have sought sanctuary in the UK, were quizzed under the Terrorism Act by Scotland Yard police for more than eight hours.  But just before 4pm yesterday, they were told there was insufficient evidence to arrest them.
ALBANIAN KILLERS ON THE LOOSE

40 ALBANIAN MAFIA KILLERS ON RUN HERE WITH FAKE ID'S.

Dozens of Albanian mafia are plying their evil trade in the UK - after fleeing here with fake passports.  A Police chief in the central European state told the Sun Newspaper that the mobsters many of them murderers, flee here because they see the UK as a gangsters' paradise.  Albanian gangs have taken over huge chunks of Britain's vice and illegal drug trades.  75 percent of prostitutes in London's Soho alone are controlled by Albanian pimps.  The gangs have smuggled over a thousand East European women into Britain.

ATTACK ON A R.E TEACHER

Four men launched a horrific attack on a teacher in which they slashed his face and left him with a fractured skull because they did not approve of him teaching religion to Muslim girls. Akmol Hussein, 26, Sheikh Rashid, 27, Azad Hussain, 25, and Simon Alam, 19, attacked Gary Smith with a Stanley knife, an iron rod and a block of cement.

Mr Smith, who is head of religious education at Central Foundation Girls' School in Bow, east London, also suffered a fractured skull.

The four now face a jail sentence. Detectives made secret recordings of the gang's plot to attack Mr Smith prior to the brutal assault. The covert audio probe captured the gang condemning Mr Smith for 'teaching other religions to our sisters', the court heard.

The RE teacher was targeted as he made his way on foot along Burdett Road in nearby Mile End on July 12 last year, Snaresbrook Crown Court was told.

The paramedics picked up Adam Mohammed at Yardley Wood Bus Station where he was found collapsed after a heavy drinking session, Wolverhampton Crown Court was told.

He said the year-long sentence would normally result in automatic deportation, but ruled it was unsatisfactory because Mohammed could not be sent back to the Sudan because of the political situation in that country.

BURKA CLAD KNIFEMAN

A BURKA-CLAD knifeman has struck a third travel agent in less than a year.

Disguised in black Muslim clothing with only his eyes visible the raider robbed Thomson Travel in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, on Saturday after threatening two female members of staff. Dressed in a burka and approach members of staff quite calmly by knifepoint/Police spokesman. The robber forced a member of staff to fill his bag with money from an office and till before making his fleeing the shop. The incident follows two similar robberies in the area last summer. First Choice travel agent in Dunstable was targeted by a burka-wearing robber on July 7th 2010 and the same happened in Thomson Travel in Luton on August 16, Bedfordshire Police said.

CHEQUE FRAUD
'Massive cheque fraud': Gang jailed
15:50pm 24th November 2004
A gang of Algerian asylum seekers who took part in a multi-million pound cheque fraud which could have been used to fund terrorism have been jailed for up to five years each and recommended for deportation.  The "massive" scam which foundered after one of the men asked for a refund on an £80 Laura Ashley frock, involved hundreds of bank accounts and scores of bogus identities.  For two-and-a-half years, teams of benefit claiming fraudsters toured the "length and breadth" of Britain targeting leading high street stores.  House of Fraser, John Lewis, and Marks & Spencer were among 15 chains that saw "simultaneous" shopping sprees timed with near military precision.
An intensive investigation co-ordinated by the Anti-Terrorist branch, backed up by Special Branch's National Terrorist Financial Investigation Unit, eventually managed to piece together the well-organised operation.  The £800,000 known to have been obtained is believed to have been funnelled abroad via bank accounts in France, Finland and Irish Republic.  The fraud's scope became clearer when one of the defendants led police to a £1.5million "Aladdin's Cave" of goods hidden inside a container in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. All were neatly hung on racks and attached to matching receipts.  Those jailed included Fouad Boukadiar, 22, of Westerham Road, Leyton, east London, who got the longest sentence of five years after Judge Simon Smith said he was in the "highest category of seriousness" of those caught.  Also in the dock were one of the gang's anchors, Abderrahamane Boulares, 30, of Weldon Crescent, Harrow, north-west London, who was found to have 62 bags of new clothes ready to be swapped for refunds (four years); wheelchair-bound Fateh Rechachi, the gang's 37-year-old driver, of Harrow Road, Kensal Green, West London (three years).

Alarbi Khelifi, 27, and his brother Khelid, 23 today, both of West Ella Road, Harlesden, north-west London (30 months and three years respectively); Malik Madani, 34, of Grove Green Road, Leytonstone, east London (two years); and former English teacher Hamlaoui Selama, 49, of Hampshire Avenue, Slough, Berkshire (two years).
ASIAN GANGS TARGET WHITE GIRLS

ASIAN GANGS EXPLOITING YOUNG WHITE GIRLS

This week, a privately educated schoolgirl forced into sex slavery at 14 gave evidence in court against nine men, who were jailed for her ‘sustained sexual abuse’ over many months. She was picked up in 2008 by Asad Hassan, 27, while walking through Rochdale, a former cotton-mill town in Greater Manchester. He took her to a nightclub and gave her vodka before his friends, Mohammed Basharat, 27, and Mohammed Atif, 28, drove her to a private house and all three had sex with her. The daughter of a professional couple, she was then passed around from man to man, as Superintendent Paul Savill, of Greater Manchester Police explained after the case. ‘The level of abuse was beyond belief. She was a commodity, beaten, threatened and sexually exploited.’

As with Emma, the experience of this girl has a very uncomfortable racial element to it, which is often not spoken about. In both cases, they were white girls and the gang members were Asian. Emma says: ‘Most of the men running the sex slave gangs in the north of England are Asians of Pakistani origin. But very few of the authorities will admit this.’ One charity — Risky Business, operating in Rotherham — refused to answer any questions on the racial make-up of the gangs, although, with the help of Emma herself, it counsels scores of white girls who have been sexually exploited by Asians. One mother from Yorkshire, whose 13-year-old girl was lured into sex slavery, told me: ‘Almost every man found guilty of grooming under-age girls in this part of Britain is Asian, and everyone knows that.’ ‘The family and cultural norms of their community means the Asian men are expected to marry a first cousin or another relative. Therefore, until the marriage is arranged, they look for sex. ‘There is also a problem with the view Asian men have about white girls. It is generally fairly low.’

WHITE FLIGHT

WHITE FLIGHT FROM CITY'S IN U.K

May 05, 2004 We can't run away from it: white flight is here too Anthony Browne FIFTY YEARS AGO this month the US Supreme Court announced that a little girl called Linda Brown in a small town in Kansas could go to her local school a few hundred yards from her home, rather than be compelled to take the bus to a school five miles away. It was the most important judgment in the history of US race relations. Her education authority had insisted she could not go to her local school because she was black, and the school was for whites. The judgment ended the intolerable practice of official racial segregation in the US. But it did nothing to end segregation itself.
There followed decades of policies aimed at promoting integration, such as the largely failed experiment of "bussing" pupils long distances. Yet countless studies now show that schools, and neighbourhoods, are getting more segregated, not less. So what went wrong? There are many factors, but the main one is so-called white flight, one of the most pervasive determinants of human geography in the US. During the 1950s and 60s American whites moved from the city centres to the affluent suburbs, leaving black ghettos behind them. The Supreme Court has many powers, but it cannot tell people where to live. Could the same be happening in Britain? You are unlikely to hear the phrase "white flight" pass a politician's lips, but that doesn't mean it isn't happening. As the political parties limber up for the local and European elections next month, immigration is near the top of the agenda. There is concern that the openly racist British National Party will make huge gains, particularly by targeting what it describes as the "white flight" zones around Britain's cities. Britain is not the US, with its history of slavery and Jim Crow segregation laws. Here people are less mobile, and so less likely to move, and mixed marriages are far more common. But while Britain is much better at racial integration than America, there is still evidence of white flight. According to the 2001 Census, 20 towns and cities in the UK have neighbourhoods where whites are in a minority. Out of a total of 8,850 electoral wards in England and Wales, whites are a minority in 116, as well as in two whole London boroughs, Newham and Brent. London, Birmingham, Blackburn and Leicester all have wards where whites make up less than 20 per cent of the population. In Southall Broadway, West London, just 11.9 per cent of the population is white. It is simply implausible that whites would have become such small minorities if they hadn't either left the area, or avoided moving there in the first place. There appears to be white flight from London as a whole, with the number of ethnic minorities rising from 1.3 million in 1991 to more than two million in 2001, while the white population actually dropped by 390,000 as record numbers moved out. A study commissioned by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and called Development of a Migration Model found that the more ethnic minorities there were in an area, the more likely people were to move out. It concluded: "The higher proportion of out-migration from places with the greater presence of non-white people conforms to the much reported push factor as white flight." A recent BBC survey found that 23 per cent of white Britons would not be happy if someone from another race moved next door, while 74 per cent of white Britons said white people avoided living in non-white areas. White flight is probably largely caused by simple racism. But there are other factors. Human geographers consider white flight a derogatory term, and refer instead to white "self-segregation". But whites self-segregate no more than Bangladeshis in Tower Hamlets, Afro-Caribbeans in Brixton or Pakistanis in Bradford - they just have more choice of where to self-segregate. SCHOOLING IS an important factor. A study by Bristol University found that when parents had choice, they usually wanted to educate their children with other children of the same race. The result was that many schools, particularly in inner cities, were becoming mono-racial. The housing market also plays a role, not least because, as one study found, estate agents tend to shepherd different races into different areas. In some parts of northern cities, such as Bradford, fear of white flight has become a self-fulfilling prophecy. The arrival of ethnic minorities in a white area is associated with falling house prices, so the residents rush for the exit before they lose too much money, sparking the very house price fall they worried about. Unlike the US, in Britain the very existence of white flight is still controversial. When the Plaid Cymru politician Dafydd Iwan was denounced last year for saying that white English people were moving to Wales to avoid immigrants, he replied simply: "That is the truth of it . . . ask them." Does any of this matter? It does if you are worried about social cohesion. As Trevor Phillips wrote before he became the chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality: "How should Asian families integrate when the first reaction to their arrival in a 'white' area is a forest of For Sale signs? And how do they prevent their neighborhood state schools becoming all-Asian when white parents withdraw their children, on the bizarre ground that they don't want their kids to be in a minority? I've heard nothing in this debate that addresses the white flight which is the fundamental cause of segregation in the UK." Racial segregation has become so profound in Bradford that the local education authority has started the "Linking Project", bussing children from all-Asian schools to all-white schools. We may have avoided America's worst problems of racial segregation, but we can't afford to be complacent.

JOYS OF MULTI-CULTURAL SOCIETY

THE JOYS OF A MULTI-CULTURAL SOCIETY.

Thousands of tonnes of illegally imported meat are smuggled into Britain each year, risking outbreaks of deadly viruses such as ebola. An Observer investigation has discovered the imports includes beef and pork from parts of Asia and Africa where foot and mouth disease is endemic, and illegal bush-meat such as monkey, elephant, anteater, antelope and rat. The food is sold - often openly - in shops and restaurants throughout Britain. Illegally imported meat was thought to be responsible for the outbreak of swine fever last year, and last week the Government said it was responsible for the foot and mouth outbreak which is devastating the British farming industry and costing the country billions of pounds. However, veterinary experts warned that the trade could cause several other serious outbreaks that not only affect farming, but could kill hundreds of people. The threats include not just food poisoning bugs such as salmonella and E.coli, but ebola and anthrax.  We also have Halal and Kosha meat obtained by cutting an animals throat and letting it die in a slow and painful way.

SOMALIAN CRIMINAL

A Foreign criminal who has cost the taxpayer at least £500,000 in an extraordinary deportation farce will pocket a huge payout for compensation, it emerged last night.

Since arriving in Britain claiming asylum, aged 15, the Somalian has been jailed for more than a dozen crimes – including violence, burglary and robbery. He has spent around 100 months in custody – at a cost to the public of more than £300,000.The man, who has been receiving legal aid throughout his criminal career, re-offended within days or weeks every time he was released. He was first told he was being considered for deportation in 2001, but due to the immigration farce which the last Government presided over, officials failed to kick him out. From 2004, when his last jail sentence was completed, to 2007, he was held in an immigration detention centre – at a cost of around £40,000 a year, to stop him fleeing. Now judges have decided that – for two months of that period – he was being held ‘illegally’. Known only as MH, he will receive a compensation payout which, in other similar cases, has averaged £16,000. He had wanted more and appealed the case through the court system, assisted by legal aid. He is still in Britain and, given anybody facing removal to Somalia can claim their human rights will be breached, there is no guarantee he will ever be removed. His various court cases are believed to have cost £200,000.

ASYLUM SEEKERS INFECTING WOMEN WITH HIV

ASYLUM SEEKER(s) GUILTY OF DELIBERATELY INFECTING WOMEN WITH HIV

An asylum seeker who deliberately infected two women with the AIDS virus was facing a long sentence last night.  Mohammed Dica was found guilty of causing biological GBH.   He is unlikely to be deported and taxpayers face a bill of £15,000 per year for his treatment until he dies.  He is a Kenyan passport holder but claimed that he came from war torn Somalia and has been granted indefinite leave to stay.

AN asylum seeker was yesterday charged with deliberately giving the AIDS virus to three women — one a girl of 15. The case comes a week after the jailing of another asylum seeker. He was the first person in Britain convicted of “biological” GBH.

Yesterday musician Feston Goodwell Konzani, 27, from Malawi, was remanded in custody by magistrates in Middlesbrough. He was charged with three counts of GBH with intent and unlawful sex with the Middlesbrough schoolgirl. The two others he is said to have infected with the fatal virus are 26 and 25. Two of the alleged victims are understood to have since given birth. Prosecutor Claire Dennis told Teesside Magistrates Court: “Mr Konzani is an asylum seeker who recently had an application turned down.” Earlier this month Kenyan Mohammed Dica, 38, was jailed for eight years in London. He knowingly gave two women HIV. AIDS timebomb Everson Banda lured women for sex sessions at his holiday campsite caravan. The African asylum seeker — who was in Britain illegally and nicknamed himself Ace — bedded scores of women trippers and 13 co-workers in three seasons at the resort. But immigration officials arrested him in a targeted July swoop. And a search of his caravan found letters from lawyers of women who claimed he had given them HIV. They named up to five distraught lovers infected with the virus — which causes deadly Aids — after having sex with Banda.

HIV LOVER KNEW HE HAD DISEASE.

An asylum seeker infected a women with HIV a week after learning he had the virus.  African-born Kouasssi Adaye had sex with the women and later a 17 year old who didn't get the disease.  At Liverpool Crown court, he admitted grievous bodily harm, bigamy and fraud.  He was remanded in custody.

HIV RAPIST CAN'T BE DEPORTED.

A failed asylum-seeker jailed on the 2nd December 2003 for raping a mother of three is trying to avoid deportation because he is HIV-positive.  Linkoy Muhuri, 35, claims he should stay in Britain on compassionate grounds after serving his sentence.  Muhuri arrived in 1999 from the Congo with his wife and two children.  His family is likely to be allowed to stay here on benefits so they can visit him, where he will get medical treatment costing thousands of pounds.  While his case was being dealt with he moved to North London, had a child with another women and had a string of girlfriends.

Families of jailed asylum-seekers are often given compassionate leave to remain so they can visit the offender in Prison.

ONE IN TWENTY ASYLUM SEEKERS HAS HIV

One in 20 asylum seekers (medical migrants) is HIV positive and it can cost the NHS £150,000 to treat each one. a team of AIDs doctors have said.  For Zimbabwe applicants monitored over a 12 month period, 764 out of 2,270 were HIV+. Each year it is estimated that about 5,000 people come to the UK who are HIV+ and claim asylum.  So even if only 10,000 asylum seeking HIV cases are in UK this will cost the NHS £1.5 billion, enough to build 15 general hospitals.

Country of Origin                   Asylum seeker numbers                      HIV+

Somalia                                 3,355                                                   33

Zimbabwe                             2,270                                                    764

Congo                                   1,090                                                    85

India                                      1,580                                                   11

How many safe countries did these asylum seekers pass through before getting to the UK?  India wanted independence of us so why do we allow Indians in?

MENANCE OF ILLEGAL DRIVERS

MENACE OF THE ILLEGAL MIGRANT DRIVERS.

Illegal immigrants in unsafe cars have become a lethal menace on our roads, police warned on the 30th July 2003.  Most have never passed a driving test and many cannot read the road signs.  Their cars are not taxed, MOT-tested, or insured because this would bring them into contact with the authorities and risk deportation.

A inquest heard how a drunken Polish man killed a newlywed couple by driving on the wrong side of the road at speed, without any lights on.  The toll of accidents caused by illegal immigrants is increasing.  The police have also done nothing to stop the idiots who get drunk at a countryside pubs and drive back or those who drive whilst using their mobile phones. 09:00 - 05 August 2003 A driver who was nearly killed by a drunken asylum seeker with no car insurance or driving licence has been left to foot the bill. Simon Halls, 21, from Torpoint, is horrified that the Iraqi asylum seeker who smashed into his car at a roundabout in Plymouth in December has got away with just a driving ban - even though he had no license in the first place. And Mr Hall has been left with permanent cartilage damage in his leg and an overall £1,000 bill after his car insurance company - Direct Line - were unable to claim the £500 excess from the Iraqi. Mr Hall said: "Because he is an asylum seeker and is claiming benefits he doesn't have any money. All he's got is a driving ban which won't make any difference as he didn't have a license in the first place". He shouldn't have been driving. Now I have to pay for what he's done. I don't have that sort of money. I've already had to take a few weeks of work. Mr Hall was driving home from work with his girlfriend last December when the Iraqi, Mr Karem, ploughed his BMW through a red traffic light and into his Ford Ka, causing £2,000 worth of damage. Mr Karem was convicted at Plymouth Magistrates Court of failing to provide a breath test and driving without a license or insurance. But because he is a seeking asylum in Plymouth, Direct Line was unable to obtain money from him. And now Mr Halls is being forced to pay for the excess, as well as his taxi and bus fares following the crash. He has also lost £400 from having to take two weeks off work. A bogus asylum seeker who mowed down and killed a boy was facing up to ten years in prison for the offence.  Kamel Kadri had no insurance, no TAX or MOT when he hit Callum Oakford and sped away leaving the child to die on New years day 2004.  Kadri sneaked into Britain on a false passport and evaded deportation for 18 months.  Kadri was refused asylum but dodged the authorities by driving under the false name Mr. Dodo.  Kadri used the name on his fake passport Hacene Guelai to secure a National Insurance number and work.  Last month Amy Houston was run over by a failed asylum seeker Kurdish Iraqi Aso Mohammed Ibrahim who also fled the scene.  He was disqualified and had no insurance but was jailed for just four months.  On Xmas day 2002 Chris Mallet and his wife were killed when a drunken illegal immigrant ploughed his BMW into their car. The army of economic migrants driving without insurance was exposed in February 2004.  Record numbers of would-be-refugees were found without the correct documentation.  Six migrants were being caught each hour , but many ignore court summons and vanish.  The police are now having to train more officers to educate migrants on the law.

Conman sat 200 driving tests.

A Somali bus driver took up to 200 driving tests on behalf of fellow immigrants and charged them £500 a time a court heard on September 26th 2006.  Deeg Mohammed impersonated hundreds of candidates at a series of exam centres in a nationwide scam netting more than £100,000. Another illegal Ghanaian immigrant Winfried Kodjovie charged learners £500 to take test on their behalf.  He sat 80 practical tests and 30 theory tests.  He was jailed for 21 months but will he be deported after his jail term?

Another Asylum seeker without a driving licence.

An Iraqi asylum seeker who was driving without a licence paralysed a pensioner in a car crash.  Peshrau Mohammed ploughed head on into a car being driven by Vivian Sadler.  The grandmother will be paralysed from the waist down if she recovers and can only breath at the moment with the aid of a ventilator.  Mohammed was ordered just to pay 45 pounds in costs for causing the crash.

3 LIVES RUINED BY ASYLUM SEEKER

A mother hit out after hearing that a failed asylum seeker who killed her husband and son will be free in just two years.  Kenneth Siwela had no licence or insurance when he crashed head-on with Kevin Billingham,57, and Neil Allen, 27. He was travelling on the wrong side of the road at 80mph.  Siwela was sentenced to five years but with parole could be out in just two.

Another Asylum seeker jailed for dangerous driving.

An asylum seeker left a grandmother paralysed was jailed for only 16 months in May 2005.  Uninsured Iraqi Bnar Akram, who had no valid UK driving licence had also been drinking before getting behind the wheel of his BMW.  He fled the scene leaving an injured brother behind the car and claimed that the car had been sold when he was later questioned by the Police.

Justice failing us?

The family of a man killed by a speeding illegal immigrant hit out on July 2nd 2004 as he received a jail sentence for 2.5 years.  Nana Kemajou, from Cameroon, was driving at 90mph when his Mazda 626 smashed into the back of a car driven by Paul Fritchley.  The crown court judge said his sentencing powers were limited by legal guidelines.  Gloucester Crown Court had heard how Kemajou, 30, came to Britain in July 2003 and had been living with a girlfriend in Gloucester using the name of a French National - despite telling immigration officials that he fled Cameroon because he was being victimized for being gay.  He used a bogus National insurance number to get a job at the Dairy Crest plant in Stonehouse, and was rushing to the plant when the accident happened at 6am on January 7th 2004.

A DRUNK illegal immigrant whose car killed a schoolboy was jailed for just  EIGHT WEEKS yesterday. Fury erupted as sentence was passed on Zambian Aaron Chisango, who is still in this country despite being refused British citizenship four times. Chisango, who had no licence and was uninsured, was 1½ times the drink-drive
limit when his car hit 12-year-old Jamie Mason. The 27-year-old had downed a bottle of whisky the night before his M-Reg Rover 620 struck the lad crossing a road at 11.30am. Jamie died of head and internal injuries later the same day. But the Crown Prosecution Service dropped a charge of causing death by careless driving against Chisango because of insufficient evidence. He admitted the lesser offences of driving with excess alcohol and having no licence or insurance.  He was jailed for two months by magistrates at Wolverhampton, West Midlands. But he is set to be released in days because he has already spent seven weeks locked up on remand. Chisango is then expected to continue his seven-year battle to stay in the UK.  Chisango arrived in Britain on a short-term visa but did not leave when it ran out. His application for indefinite leave to stay was refused but he has appealed repeatedly. He picked up unemployment pay for several months after completing a college course. His sister Abigail said at the privately-owned £130,000 house they share: "Of course he is sorry about what has happened but anyone could have hit that child. It was simply bad luck." A Home Office insider said: "He is entitled to stay in this country until the full appeals procedure is exhausted."In those terms we would not call him an illegal immigrant - he is an overstayer." More than three-quarters of Zambia's ten million people live on less than 60p a day. But Alfred Chunda, Zambia's Deputy High Commissioner in Britain, said: "It is not a country of oppression which people want to flee."

MIGRANT CRIME WAVE

A MIGRANT crime wave has seen the number of foreigners arrested in Britain almost double in three years, police revealed yesterday.

Their figures show that in 2010 more than 91,234 non-British nationals were arrested over crimes including murder, burglary and sexual offences.

Only 51,899 foreigners were detained in 2008 – signalling a shocking increase of 76 per cent over three years.

The steep rise comes after a period of soaring migration, with more than a million coming here from 10 eastern European countries from 2004 to 2007.

Poles are worst offenders according to new figures. Those imprisoned for more than two years can be deported. European migrants are committing over 500 crimes a week in Britain, according to new figures - but officials are powerless to deport the majority of offenders. More than 54,000 EU citizens have been convicted of criminal offences - including murder - in the past two years. And the worst offenders have been named as the Poles and Romanians - further fuelling concerns over the most recent EU expansions. How much do you think the country is forced to spend on imprisoning 2,000 foreigners because we can’t deport them? Put down your breakfast toast in case you choke: the answer is £80million a year. That’s a staggering £225,000 a day. Or to put it another way, a lot of nurses, teachers, dinner ladies and pothole menders. These drug dealers, rapists and burglars have served their sentences but can’t be deported because they say it would breach their human rights.

ANOTHER FOREIGNER JAILED FOR KILLING

A teenager who murdered two women in two weeks was jailed for a minimum of 30 years at the Old Bailey today.

Roberto Malasi, 18, shot a woman as she cradled a baby at a christening party, then calmly robbed guests along with other gang members. Two weeks later, he stabbed to death the daughter of a pastor. At the time of that murder he had been boasting about the previous killing. Passing sentence today, Mr Justice Gross said he would write to Home Secretary John Reid urging Malasi be deported after he serves his sentence. He came to Britain from Angola as a child when his parents sought asylum, and had been granted indefinite leave to remain. The court has heard how in August 2005 Malasi led a gang of youths in an armed raid on a christening party at the Wood Dene Community Centre in Peckham. Zainab Kalokoh, 33 - who had to come to Britain to escape war in her homeland of Sierra Leone - was shot in the head as she held her niece. As she lay dying the gang rifled guests' handbags and wallets. In September 2005, Malasi pulled student Ruth Okechukwu, 18, from a car in Red Lion Row, Walworth, and knifed her through the heart. The day before her death, Miss Okechukwu had been with a friend who was talking to Malasi on the phone. Miss Okechukwu made a comment about him, but he overheard and considered it "disrespectful". Malasi admitted he murdered her - but the court heard he has never admitted killing Ms Kalokoh. Although he had no previous convictions, Malasi had been in and out of care, rarely went to school and lived rough around the Peckham area.

Today three others in the gang that killed Ms Kalokoh - Diamond Babamuboni, 17, his brother Timy, 15, and Jude Odigie, 16, were sentenced to minimum terms of eight years detention after being convicted of manslaughter.

MIGRANT KNIFE KILLERS

'MIGRANT' KNIFE KILLERS.

A man stabbed to death at his home may have been ambushed by an immigrant gang.  Richard Cronarty staggered out of his home on the 16th July 2003.  A gang looking like Kosovan's or Iraqis carrying knifes pulled up in a car and entered the victims home.

Four commandos were returning home when they had a clash in Plymouth City Centre with a group of Iraqi asylum seekers.  One Iraqi pulled out a knife and slashed one of the marines leaving a six inch cut to the marines arm and loss of feelings in his fingers.  The Iraqi knifemen fled the scene.

A man accused of murdering two of his Bedford housemates and attempting to murder a third in a machete attack has appeared in court.

Ghanaian national Gabriel Boakye-Dankwa, 25, faced magistrates in the town over the death of two Polish men. When police arrived at the guesthouse in Grafton Road on Thursday, one of the victims was already dead. The second died soon after arriving in hospital.  The third victim, a Portuguese male, is in a critical condition in hospital. The defendant was remanded in custody to appear at Luton Crown Court on 21 January.

If any European leaders are still deluded enough to feel that multiculturalism and an unbridled influx of unskilled Middle Easterners and North Africans into their countries is a positive move, they should reexamine the disastrous effects that these policies have had on Sweden. Better yet, they could do what this newspaper has done by speaking with Henrik Palmgren, a radio talk show host, editor of the news website “Red Ice Creations,” and a Swedish citizen.

On December 4, Palmgren told this AMERICAN FREE PRESS: “Over the past 25 years since the inception of multiculturalism in Sweden, murder rates have increased 300%, while rapes have risen 1,472%. Although our left-wing government covers up these figures, and the Statistics Bureau under their thumb downplays its significance, many people in Sweden are beginning to get loud about what’s going on.”

Secret life of shoe bomber Saajid Muhammad Badat funded by the taxpayer The British taxpayer has paid for a new home and funded the business interests of a convicted terrorist after he agreed to turn supergrass against al-Qaeda in a secret deal with the authorities, a court heard in April 2012.

An Al Qaeda-trained bomb-maker was last night free to walk Britain's streets under a cloak of state-sanctioned anonymity. The fanatic is one of seven men released from Government anti-terror control orders this month under rules meant to protect their human rights. He undertook terror training in Pakistan and was named as an alleged terrorist by an American supergrass whose evidence helped to foil a massive UK bomb plot. The 41-year-old was part of a London group of Islamist extremists that included one of those who plotted to blow up the Ministry of Sound nightclub and Bluewater shopping centre in 2004. Security officials say he also had contact with an Al Qaeda leader in Pakistan and helped two of his brothers go to fight in Pakistan, where they died in drone strikes. Yet despite the dossier of evidence against him, the terror suspect can be identified only as BM. On order of the courts, the Mail is banned from naming BM or his dead brothers, or from giving his address, until the end of his life. Ministers say identifying men who have been subject to Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures (T-PIMS) would breach their human rights by compromising their privacy or safety. There is mounting alarm at extremists' use of anti-terror legislation to hide their identities. Under Home Office legislation, the blanket of secrecy is granted as a matter of course following a simple application by the men's lawyers. It is lifted only if they go on the run.

Almost 4,000 convicted migrants who should have been put on a plane home are still walking the streets. Most were able to stop their removal by claiming a "right to a family life" under the EU's Human Rights Act. Their numbers soared by a fifth in the past year, despite promises by ministers. Tory Philip Davies said: "These figures are shocking. They highlight what a fiasco human rights laws are. "It seems they protect the rights of rapists and murderers, rather than hard-working British people." Fellow Tory backbencher Jacob Rees-Mogg added: "Foreign criminals who commit major crimes should be deported unless there are exceptional circumstances." British law says foreigners jailed for 12 months or more can be deported when their sentences are up. But many launch human rights challenges. Home Office figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show that 3,937 foreign criminals are at large in Britain after successfully appealing against deportation. Most committed relatively minor crimes. But a handful are terror suspects or gangsters. And 98 have convictions for crimes such as child sex abuse, murder and rape.Among these, eight are murderers and 48 are rapists, including eight who raped children. Ten committed other paedophile crimes. Among them is Jamaican Jason Francis, 26, jailed for more than four years over the gang-rape of a 14-year-old girl in a playground. He beat deportation by hiding behind a clause in the European Convention on Human Rights, which protects his right to a family life because he has fathered children in the UK.

Alphonse Semo, 54, was jailed for eight years for a horrific rape and should have been returned to the Congo after completing his sentence in 2011. But he was granted permission to marry his German girlfriend and stay. Sani Adil Ali, 28, was convicted of raping a 12-year-old months after being given refugee status in Middlesbrough. He was allowed to stay in the UK because his tribe is threatened in Sudan.

Despite Hull being found with a hefty stash of cannabis and incriminating text messages, Judge Paul Batty QC was apparently moved by his argument that he needed to stay at home to look after his baby boy while his 26-year-old partner Emma went back to work at the bakery chain Greggs. As a result, he was given a suspended 18-month jail sentence. Given that Raymond Hull is a serial criminal with 32 convictions who has fathered 22 children — aged from 39 to little Barry — with 11 different women over the past four decades, some will find this decision hard to fathom. For Hull, a former builder's labourer who hasn't worked for ten years and has spawned a feckless family dynasty thought to have cost the taxpayer well over £1million to date, is something of a poster boy for Broken Britain.

Raymond has multiple convictions — for drug possession, drink- driving, burglary and assaulting a police officer, as well as violently attacking a man with a spanner — and several of his brood have criminal convictions that surpass his own shameful record. One of his eldest sons is a convicted murderer who has only just been released from prison. Three others have been jailed for robbery, violence, drug dealing or witness intimidation. One of his daughters, a single mother who openly boasts of promiscuity, drug-taking and alcohol consumption on her social-networking pages, has a history of drunken violence. The young woman's mother, one of Hull's many ex-partners and the mother of three of his children, was sent to jail for arson and only released on an electronic tag 18 months ago.

The biggest surprise of all, perhaps, is that a man like Hull, who has been jailed four times, is allowed to be anywhere near children at all. Mr Justice Tomlinson's comments came in 2010 during an appeal by Hull's son Adrian Hull against his life sentence for murder. Now aged 34 and out of prison, Adrian Hull was just 18, with convictions for criminal damage, burglary and attempted arson, when he brutally kicked his 29-year-old former babysitter to death and dumped his body in a stream in the Cumbrian town of Raffles in November 1996. Hull's eldest son, John Michael Hull, 38, has been jailed in the past for witness intimidation and throwing a bottle at a man. He appeared in court in 2008 at the same time that his 15-year-old half-brother Kane was jailed for stabbing a man seven times in an alleyway, slicing open his stomach and cutting his liver. Then there's 36-year-old Joseph Hull, found in possession of cannabis in 2006 as well as £3,700 believed to be the proceeds of drug deals, not to mention 23-year-old Leon Hull — jailed for four-and-a-half years in 2009 for a knifepoint robbery. His sister, Rianna, meanwhile, was 18 when she pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the Aspatria Carnival in 2010 after attacking another woman at a pub in the village.

A girl of 12 was raped after she and her friends were sexually exploited by three men, a court heard. Takeaway restaurant workers Mohammed Hussain, Shah Miah and Harris Uddin were jailed after a court heard how they groomed the vulnerable youngsters for their own sexual gratification. The men were driving home from work in the early hours of the morning when they spotted the girls – two aged 12, one aged 13 and one aged 11 – in Cross Flatts park, Beeston, Leeds.

Leeds Crown Court heard the girls were frightened of going home because they had stayed out long past their parental curfew. Miah, 28, struck up a conversation with the girls before persuading them to go back to his home nearby in Woodview Street. The men offered the girls cannabis and played pornographic films before two of the girls were taken upstairs. Hussain had sex with one of the 12-year-old girls as the victim asked him to stop during the attack. Uddin tried to remove the trousers of one of the girls but stopped when she asked him not to. All three men were arrested later the same day, in March last year, after police were informed. Hussain pleaded guilty to rape and was jailed for six years and eight months. Uddin pleaded guilty to sexual assault and was jailed for 12 months. The court heard Hussain, 28, and Uddin, 30, were in the country illegally as overstayers. They face deportation to the India after completing their sentences. Miah pleaded guilty to facilitating the commission of a sexual offence against a child. He was jailed for 18 months. The court heard Miah is also serving a four and a half year sentence for sex offences against three other children.

A SUDANESE rapist who preyed on girls as young as 13 is suing Justice Secretary Chris Grayling over "frustration and anxiety" caused by a delay to his parole hearing. Adil Aboulkadir, 38, was jailed for a minimum of four years for his part in the abuse of three vulnerable girls. He was said to have led a gang of five Darfur refugees who groomed victims aged 14 and 13 in Dartford, Kent. Aboulkadir had already launched a series of taxpayer-funded legal actions which could cost Britain more than £250,000 and block moves to deport him for years. Now he wants damages, saying his human rights were violated because he had to wait seven months for a court date to argue for his freedom. Taxpayers paid £125,000 for a legally-aided lawyer and interpreter during the gang's trial at Maidstone Crown Court in 2008. Aboulkadir was convicted of rape and sexual activity with a child. But he convinced the High Court that his rights were "arguably" violated by a failure to consider release immediately his minimum jail term ended. He was freed 16 months after the four-year tariff expired. Since 2013 he has been in an immigration centre, fighting a bid to deport him. He has been granted a judicial review hearing over the delay and the case could end up in the European Court of Human Rights.

A violent gangster who was due to have been deported is back on the streets of Britain because officials cannot work out where to send him. Joland Giwa had been kept locked up for more than four years after finishing a jail sentence for a string of street robberies. But immigration officials have been unable to determine his nationality, with both Nigeria and Sierra Leone refusing to accept him. They cannot even be sure he gave the correct name and age when he sought asylum in Britain. However, a judge ruled it was unfair to keep Giwa locked up if there was no prospect of him being deported – even though he presents a ‘serious risk of violence’ and there is ‘a very significant risk both of absconding and reoffending’. Giwa – the ‘general’ of an 80-strong gang behind a spate of stabbings, shootings and killings on the streets of Croydon, South London, in 2007 – was freed last month. He must wear an electronic tag to monitor his movements, has been told he must live in Cardiff and is banned from returning to London. Last night the farce was condemned by Tory MPs. James Clappison, a member of the Commons home affairs committee said: ‘The public would expect us to be able to protect them from this kind of person in these circumstances. He obviously came here some time ago, but that shouldn’t stop us sending him back. We need to be able to deport somebody whenever it’s necessary to protect the public.’ Giwa, who is thought to be 24, arrived at Heathrow with his twin brother in 1999 on a flight from Nigeria. He had no parent or guardian and no passport or identity documents. He claimed asylum, telling officials he was a ten-year-old from Sierra Leone whose parents were killed in its civil war. His asylum claim was refused but he was given permission to stay for four years, before being given a permanent right to stay in 2005.

Two men and three teenage boys have been found guilty of a series of rapes and sexual assaults on young girls. Zdeno Mirga, 18, Hassan Abdulla, 33, and three boys were convicted at the Old Bailey. The Crown Prosecution Service said it was one of the "worst cases" of child sex abuse it had seen. The group targeted five girls aged 13 and 14 in Peterborough. They are due to be sentenced on 20 February 2014. Mirga's brother Dusan, 20, David Ziga, 19, and another teenager were cleared. One of the group's victims, referred to in court as Victim A, was a 13-year-old girl with a severe learning disability.

AN ISLAMIC teacher who molested a girl as he taught her the Koran has escaped jail after claiming his family were dependent on him as his wife speaks "very little English." Suleman Maknojioa, 40, repeatedly rubbed the 11 year-old youngster's leg and even reached underneath the long folds of her prayer headscarf to squeeze her chest whilst giving her and her two brothers private tuition in Arabic. He was reported to police after the children's mother overheard her two sons aged 13 and seven talking about the incidents in their kitchen. On the day he was arrested, father-of-six Maknojioa was due to teach 30 children at a mosque near his home in Blackburn, Lancs. He was later convicted of five counts of sexual activity. But he escaped with a 40 week custodial sentence suspended for two years after the court heard that he was now on benefits with a family reliant on him. In mitigation Miss Frida Hussain said: "This is a man who doesn't pose any risk of harm to his children. He has problems with his kidneys and is due to go back into hospital for a further follow-up operation. "He is married with six children, that family unit depends on him. His wife doesn't work and speaks very little English, they are dependent on him to lead their lives and with the running of the household. One of the children has learning difficulties. "Because he doesn't teach now he is reliant on benefits and he has never claimed benefits before."

Passing sentence Judge Michael Byrne told Maknojioa: "The parents invited you into the sanctity of their own home for the purpose of religious education. They trusted you and left you alone with their children."I bear in mind your own family circumstances. I accept you are a very good father to your six children, your wife speaks little English and administration falls upon you. "I bear in mind that social services conducted their own assessment and found that you do not pose a risk. You are now unemployed living on state benefits. "I have come to the conclusion that this repeated offending from a person in a position of trust merits a term of imprisonment that crosses the custodial threshold. "But I'm satisfied that the sentence of imprisonment in this case for the reasons I have referred to may be suspended."

ATTACKS ON KUFARS SINCE WOOLWICH

Sheriff Craig McSherry said that EU nationals have to be treated as first offenders because of the near-impossible task of obtaining offending histories from authorities in their home countries. Politicians and campaigners have called for an improvement in checks in the wake of a string of  cases involving violent foreign criminals. They include former Red Army soldier Vitas Plytnykas, the “head on the beach” murderer,  who butchered fellow Lithuanian migrant worker Jolanta Bledaite in Brechin, Angus, in 2008. It later emerged that Plytnykas, jailed for life with accomplice Aleksandras Skirda, also Lithuanian, had been in prison in Germany for a drug-related killing. Another high-profile foreign criminal with a litany of previous offences in his home country was Marek Harcar, who abducted, raped and murdered businesswoman Moira Jones in Queen’s Park, Glasgow, in 2008. Harcar, a Slovakian, had 13 previous convictions, four of them for violence. Criminals can enter Britain unchecked due to EU freedom of movement rules. The same rules prevent EU criminals being deported after a sentence of less than two years. Tory chief whip John Lamont said: “Given the information sharing across the EU, I find it almost unbelievable that this difficulty should exist.

Keno Forbes, 35, commuted into London daily to sell Class A drugs on a housing estate. He was jailed for three years in 2011 but the government has now been told they cannot boot him out of Britain because it would damage his relationship with his wife and children. Forbes, 35, travelled from his home in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, into London to peddle drugs on a housing estate in Islington, north London. The Home Office tried to have Forbes deported as his sentence was longer than 12 months, but his lawyers successfully argued he had a right to a "private and family life" under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
The Government appealed the decision, but Mr Justice McCloskey, the president of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber Upper Tribunal, upheld the earlier ruling.
Mr Justice McCloskey said the lower court had said it was a “borderline case” but the balance “swung narrowly in favour” of Forbes and his family. A Home Office spokesman said: “We are disappointed by the tribunal’s decision and are now considering our options in this case. We firmly believe foreign nationals who break the law should be deported.”

A Bulgarian who burgled a family’s home only nine days after arriving in Britain is a violent drug dealer who had been freed by police in exchange for informing on other crooks, it emerged yesterday. Emil Metodiev, 32, was caught red-handed fleeing from a house in Essex with jewellery, cash and war medals. Following his conviction last week, it can be revealed that the career criminal has an appalling record for violent robbery, burglary and drug dealing in his homeland, with convictions stretching back 15 years. Despite this, he was repeatedly released back on to the streets and was free to come to Britain after Bulgarian police struck a deal to recruit him as an informant. Last night campaigners said the farcical case outlined the need to retain visa controls on Bulgarians and Romanians, which are due to lapse on January 1 2014. A senior police source in Bulgaria : ‘Emil Paraskevov Metodiev was acquitted of charges of dealing heroin despite being caught red-handed because he benefited from a deal with police to give evidence against conspirators higher up the chain.

A convicted Romanian rapist brutally attacked a young woman in her own home within weeks of  arriving in Britain. George-Josif Blaj, 20, fled to the UK after judges released him three years into a prison sentence for a horrific rape and three robberies in his home country. Less than three months after arriving in Britain, he broke into the woman’s home in the early hours and throttled her until she was unconscious. When she awoke, she begged him to take her money but he refused, flashing a knife at her, battering her with a spade and subjecting her to a violent rape. Jailing him for 15 years yesterday, a judge branded Blaj a rapist ‘of the most extreme nature’. The girl’s friends, meanwhile, said she stopped feeling safe in the UK and had emigrated for fear of further attacks. And MPs demanded to know why a criminal with such an ‘appalling’ history of violence was ever allowed into the country.

The Polish monster who tortured and killed his four-year-old stepson had been jailed in this country three times, it emerged last night. Mariusz Krezolek had also been arrested at least six times for offences including assault and burglary. But despite his serial offending, he was never put on a plane back to Poland. Instead, together with Magdelena Luczak, he carried out a campaign of cruelty against Daniel Pelka, starving him of food, force-feeding him salt and holding him underwater. Their brutality culminated in his death in March 2012 from a head injury, locked in a cold room on a soiled mattress.

A man has been found guilty of raping a pensioner in her bedroom, under the amended double jeopardy law. Wendell Baker, 56, of Walthamstow, east London, had denied raping Hazel Backwell, then 66, at her home in Stratford, east London, in 1997. In 1999, a judge decided the case could not proceed for legal reasons and Baker was found not guilty. A legal change in 2005 allowed retrials in certain circumstances and a new hearing took place at the Old Bailey. Baker will be sentenced on Friday. The judge said he would consider a life sentence.

Up to 1,000 people a month are victims of knife crime in London, according to alarming new statistics. They show that around 400 a month are being injured in attacks — many of them seriously — while others are being threatened. In the first four months of the year, 11 people were murdered in knife attacks. Four teenagers have been stabbed to death so far this year. The statistics, obtained after a Freedom of Information request, reveal that there were 1,038 victims of knife crime in London in January, of which 410 were injured and four killed. The remainder were threatened with knives. The figures for February show there was a total of 818 victims, in March there were 993, and in April there were 892 victims. The number injured in attacks reached a peak of 420 in April, the equivalent of 14 people a day. In total for the first four months, 284 were seriously injured with knives, 413 suffered “moderate” injuries and 870 minor injuries. The figures come as Mohamed Abdullahi, 20, was stabbed to death in Islington on Saturday in a suspected gang feud.

A man who attacked a ballet dancer, broke his neck and left him lying in the street has been jailed for 13 years. Jack Widdowson, 19, from Somerset, was assaulted by Mohammed Ali Mohamoed, 27, on a disused canal towpath in Cardiff. Mohamoed, of Splott, Cardiff, was found guilty at the city's crown court of causing grievous bodily harm with intent but cleared of attempted murder. Eight months later Mr Widdowson was able to dance again. His family called it a "miracle" recovery.

I don’t think it will come as much of a surprise to learn that 1 in 7 prisoners in British jails are Muslims. Thats with Britain’s 2 tier justice system where Muslims are getting very soft sentencing for crimes that a British non Muslim would get double. The huge leap is partly down to the amount of  Muslim terrorists and grooming gangs being sent down lately. Then on top of that the recent spate of Muslims caught committing rape jihad, Several Murders committed by immigrants and other Muslims in the UK and a number of Muslim heroin rings. All who enter the prison system as high security prisoners.

TWO men have appeared in court charged with raping underage girls who were under the care of social workers. Bristol Magistrates' Court was told the house where the girls were living, which cannot be named for legal reasons, effectively became a brothel. The victims were placed in the home, which the court heard was supported housing, by social workers. The men, one of whom is an asylum seeker who has been given the right to remain in the country by the Home Office, are accused of child sexual exploitation, which includes sexual activity at the home, as well as at the Premier Inn at St James Barton roundabout. One of them is also charged with paying a child for sexual services. Said Zakaria, 21, also known as Target, of Seymour Road, Easton, is charged with sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl and rape of a girl aged 14 at the Premier Inn and the home. Gama Mohammed, 32, also known as G, of Gordon Road, Whitehall, whom the court heard was an asylum seeker, spoke through an interpreter to confirm his name, age and address. He is charged with rape at the same home and paying for the sexual services of a child at the Premier Inn. They both denied all the charges at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Friday. Appearing separately, the two Somali men were remanded in custody. They are due to appear at Bristol Crown Court on October 10 2013. The court heard that the defendants had been arrested as part of Operation Brooke – an investigation working with child exploitation teams.

“A 20-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a young woman who was beheaded in a knife attack. Aras Hussein appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court today accused of murdering Reema Ramzan, 18. Miss Ramzan, who was from the Darnall area of Sheffield, died on June 4 following an incident at a property on Herries Road, in the city. Detectives said she suffered a severe knife attack resulting in fatal injuries, including the severing of her head. Hussein, of Sheffield, is also charged with assaulting five people at Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital, where he was taken following his arrest by police. He stood in the glass-fronted dock today flanked by two uniformed police officers.

Six Islamist extremists have been jailed for a total of more than 100 years for plotting a gun and bomb attack on an English Defence League rally that could have sparked spiralling communal violence in Britain. The six travelled to Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, for the rally attended by several hundred people with a car full of weaponry including a pipe bomb, two shotguns and knives but turned up too late to carry out the attack. As they drove home to Birmingham, one of their cars was pulled over by police because a plotter failed to fill out an online application form properly and the car showed up as having no insurance. The weapons were found several days later along with declarations of war addressed to the "kafir (non-believer) female and self proclaimed Queen Elizabeth" and Davd Cameron. The plotters were rounded up by West Midlands officers after a huge anti-terrorism operation. Sentencing the six men today, Judge Nicholas Hilliard QC said: "Apart from the immediate consequences and the terror you would have caused, an attack of this kind risks starting a spiral of tit-for-tat violence - the very action and reaction that you spoke of.

"That simply cannot be a feature of life in a society where the overwhelming majority choose to live in peace and harmony with their fellow men and women, whether they share the same religious beliefs or not." Jewel Uddin, 27, Omar Mohammed Khan, 31, and Zohaib Ahmed, 22, were jailed for 19-and-a-half years. Mohammed Hasseen, 24, Anzal Hussain, 25, and Mohammed Saud, 23, were given jail terms of 18 years and nine months.

An 18 year-old man has today, Friday 7 June, been jailed for life and will not be considered for parole for eight years, for the brutal rape of an 11-year-old schoolgirl. Opemipo Jaji, (22.10.94) of Edmonton, was sentenced at the Old Bailey having been convicted on Thursday, 18 April of raping the girl as she walked home from school. An additional count of rape and also of attempted rape was requested to lie on his file. “I would like to commend the excellent work of the community officer who identified Jaji from CCTV.” His conviction followed an investigation by the Metropolitan Police Service’s Sapphire Command. The court heard that on Friday, 23 November 2012 between 16:45hrs and 20:00hrs the 11 year-old girl was attacked by Jaji. Police were initially called to the victim’s address after she had failed to return home from school as expected. The victim then arrived home and alleged she had been raped. When police arrived and spoke to the girl, she told officers that at about 16:45hrs after getting off a route 192 bus in Bury Street, Edmonton, she had walked along Galliard Road and became aware that a male was following her and trying to engage her in conversation. In an attempt to avoid him, she crossed the road a couple of times, but he followed her persistently. As she and the male reached the entrance to Jubilee Park, he grabbed her, and dragged her into the park.

REVELATIONS that the Met Police issued 30,000 cautions for crimes as serious as rape last year provoked outrage last night, with critics branding its conduct as "unacceptable". According to official data from Britain's biggest police force, 28,998 cautions were handed out in the year to March 2013. Incredibly, 5,843 were issued for violent attacks, 165 for sexual offences and five for rape. Meanwhile, 180 offenders were cautioned for grievous bodily harm or wounding, 131 for robbery and 318 for drug trafficking. The cautions represent a quarter of all solved crimes in London. Tory MP Priti Patel said: "On the face of it these figures are shocking. "When it comes to serious, horrific and appalling crimes like rape, handing out cautions just undermines public confidence." She added: "A culture of cautions is clearly not acceptable."

AN illegal immigrant who trawled bars looking for young women to attack has been jailed for nine years and is to be kicked out of Britain. Sex predator Aymen Essa, 26, targeted drunken students who had become separated from friends. The Sudanese refugee was convicted of attempted rape and sexual assault and was told by Judge Christopher Llewellyn-Jones QC: "Your presence in this country is undesirable." Essa tried to rape a 19-year-old in the street after she staggered out of a bar but the attack was foiled by a passer-by, Cardiff Crown Court heard. Warren Dutson told the jury he saw Essa lying on top of the girl in an alley. He said: "Her dress pulled up to her waist and his jeans were down. "I said, 'Get off her' and he quickly got up. She was shaken and upset."

The judge told Essa: "She was plainly in need of help but you identified her as a person of whom you could take advantage." Essa later sexually assaulted another 19-year-old after she passed out on a sofa in a nightclub, the court was told. Two of the teenager's friends witnessed the attack and police were called. DNA tests linked him to both incidents. Essa entered Britain illegally two years ago by being smuggled in the back of a lorry and settled in the Adamsdown district of Cardiff.

HUMAN rights judges sparked outrage yesterday when they ordered Britain to hand a dangerous immigrant rapist £1,200 compensation. He won the payout because of a red tape error over keeping him behind bars as the Home Office tries to kick him out. Mustafa Abdi, 38, has already cost the country nearly £700,000 in prison costs and legal aid. He came to Britain from Somalia in 1995 and in 1998 he was convicted of rape and indecency with a child and jailed. He served five years but then instead of being freed he was kept in prison as a danger to the public while successive Home Secretaries tried to deport him. For 10 years Abdi managed to stay by repeatedly challenging deportation orders and filing new asylum claims. Now in a ruling that will infuriate British taxpayers, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has said the UK Government breached his human rights between December 2004 and April 2007 because officials did not carry out the right number of reviews of his detention.

The dramatically contrasting way in which Britain and France treat extremists has been highlighted by counter-terrorism expert Dr Frank Foley. “Between 2001 and 2010, the UK deported just nine suspected Islamist extremists who were deemed to pose a threat to national security. During the same period, France removed 129," he pointed out. In France “individuals only have limited means of preventing their deportation because of the relevant legal regulations and because of the swift expulsion practices of the French authorities”. Yet Britain has spent ten years and £9.6million trying – and failing – to deport Qatada.

A man has been killed in a machete attack and his two Muslim assailants shot by police in Woolwich, south-east London. The government is reported to be treating the assault as a suspected terrorist incident and the prime minister said it was "truly shocking". Footage has emerged showing a man wielding a bloodied meat cleaver and making political statements.

Local MP Nick Raynsford said the dead man was a soldier at Woolwich barracks but this has not been confirmed - he was wearing a help for heroes T-Shirt. The ITV film shows a black man, dressed in a grey hooded jacket, saying: "We must fight them as they fight us. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth." He added: "I apologise that women have had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same. You people will never be safe. Remove your government, they don't care about you." The two Muslim Jihadists who were shot were chanting "Allah Akbah" and also filming the attack on their mobile phones. They used a car to knock the soldier down before decapitating him with a meat cleaver.

BRITAIN'S "farcical" human rights laws came under fire again last night after a convicted Iraqi drug dealer dodged deportation because he has a British girlfriend. Hesham Mohammed Ali, who abandoned his two children by different mothers, successfully argued that being sent back to Iraq would breach his "right to a family life". Asylum seeker Ali, 36, won his appeal against Home Secretary Theresa May after claiming he had a "genuine" relationship with London beautician Cy Harwood, 31. He also claimed his life could be in danger in Iraq because he has tattoos, including one of a half-naked woman. Thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money have now been spent trying to deport Ali, who was smuggled into Britain in 2000 and has never been in the country legally. MPs angrily condemned the ruling as another example of a criminal exploiting the European Convention on Human Rights to stay in Britain. Conservative Priti Patel said: "This case has shown that the controversial Article 8 - 'the right to a family' life - is an utter farce. The law should be clear, if you commit a crime you will be deported. "The British public look to British laws to deport foreign criminals who are in the UK. With human rights laws demolishing Britain's justice and immigration controls, we need urgent changes to the way it affects our ability to deport these dreadful criminals who go out of their way to undermine the British way of life."

Six men from the West Midlands have pleaded guilty to planning to bomb an English Defence League rally. Omar Mohammed Khan, Mohammed Hasseen, Anzal Hussain, Mohammed Saud, Zohaib Ahmed and Jewel Uddin admitted preparing an act of terrorism. All six will be sentenced on 6 June. Five of them took a homemade bomb to an EDL rally in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, last June but arrived after it ended. They were caught after their car was stopped and found to have no insurance. Police and security services had no intelligence about the planned attack, although one of the would-be killers, Jewel Uddin, was under surveillance in relation to another terror plan.

Three men arrested following an alleged sexual assault and false imprisonment at an Islamic girls' school have links with the school, police said. Officers are investigating a single alleged incident last Tuesday involving a small number of girls at Jamea Al Kauthar in Lancaster. A Bolton man, 40, and a Blackburn man, 30, have been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and false imprisonment. A Blackburn man aged 53 was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment.

Shock figures show that the Metropolitan Police made 27,725 arrests over the past five years for offences including rape and murder. This is despite just 68,000 Romanians living here at present – a figure set to soar when Britain has to open its borders next January under an EU directive.

The crime statistics undermine reassurances from Romanian officials that the UK has nothing to fear from the lowering of border controls.

A muslim who raped a 13-year-old girl he groomed on Facebook has been spared a prison sentence after a judge heard he went to an Islamic faith school where he  was taught that women are worthless. Adil Rashid, 18, claimed he was not aware that it was illegal for him to have sex with the girl because his education left him ignorant of British law. Yesterday Judge Michael Stokes handed Rashid a suspended sentence, saying: ‘Although chronologically 18, it is quite clear from the reports that you are very naive and immature when it comes to sexual matters.’

A crooked registrar faces a lengthy jail sentence after being found guilty of issuing false birth certificates to a gang of African fraudsters who stole at least £4million from taxpayers  over 20 years. Azu Akpom provided fake certificates to the ringleader of the gang who went on to create false identities for up to 100 children to milk the benefits system. Croydon Crown Court heard how the  Nigerian-born father of three was ultimately trapped by a text message which, despite his denial, showed he knew the gang’s  chief conspirator, Ugandan-born Ruth Nabuguzi, 49. Last year the same court heard how she was at the centre of the scam which also saw her claim to be suffering from HIV and needing costly drugs – yet in reality she sent them back to Uganda to be sold for huge profits. Supplying the drugs for so many years cost the taxpayer more than £2million. The gang exploited false identities in the fraud relating to accommodation and sub-letting of flats at a cost of £650,000, and various benefits totalling £900,000.

Girls as young as 11 were groomed and raped by a child sex ring before being sold to abusers across Britain, a court heard 15/1/2013.

Nine men, mostly of Asian heritage, befriended vulnerable girls with gifts of perfume, alcohol and drugs before subjecting them to a 'living hell' for eight years. The six girls were subjected to 'extreme physical and sexual violence' while they were repeatedly raped by numerous abusers.

Kamar Jamil, Akhtar Dogar, Anjun Dogar, Assad Hussain, Mohammed Karrar, Bassan A Karra, Mohammed T Hussain face accusations of grooming and horrifically abusing vulnerable girls from the age of 11. All deny the charges

Nearly 4,000 foreign murderers, rapists and other criminals are roaming the streets, free to commit new crimes. The Government wants to deport them but admits that many cannot be kicked out because of their human rights. A Parliamentary answer reveals that 3,980 foreign criminals who should have been sent back to their country of origin are ‘living in the community’.

More than 120 people a day fall victim to a crime committed by a ‘bail bandit’ who could have been behind bars. Last year more than 45,000 offences were committed by criminals arrested for another offence but let loose on the streets by a judge before trial. If they had been remanded into custody, more than 5,500 violent crimes and 4,800 burglaries would have been prevented as well as nearly 1,600 robberies and 300 sex offences.

A British soldier killed in Cyprus was targeted by a gang of thugs high on drugs and carrying flick-knives who had a 'score to settle', a court heard yesterday. Private David Lee Collins, 18, was allegedly stabbed through the heart by Mohamed Abdulkadir Osman when the pair met in a nightclub following an earlier row sparked by North-South rivalry. The fight between the trio and the soldier had begun earlier in the day when Private Collins, from Manchester, taunted Londoner Osman about his home region. Yesterday Cypriot police re-arrested the 19-year-old and friends Tukki Abbas Shah, 17, and Umar Anwar, 17, all from London, on suspicion of premeditated murder.

Osman, who is of Somali origin, is alleged to have confessed to possession of high-strength cannabis and buying 11 flick-knives and two brass knuckle dusters in the popular holiday resort of Ayia Napa. However, he has claimed he was intending to take them back to London for friends.

A mother brutally beat her seven-year-old son to death with a stick then set his body on fire because he was struggling to commit passages from the Koran to memory, a court was told. Sara Ege, 32, is alleged to have beaten Yaseen Ali 'like a dog' for failing to recite passages from the religious text, before burning his body at the family home in Cardiff to try and cover up what she had done.

A gang of Asian men were arrested during pre-dawn raids yesterday on suspicion of being part of a Home Counties paedophile ring. The eight suspects were hauled from their homes at around 5am by 100 officers after a three-month investigation into child exploitation. Police carried out the raids after a teenage girl told them how she had been raped and abused for five years from the age of 12. Although only one victim has come forward so far, detectives believe the paedophile ring could be responsible for abusing several other girls. Officers are understood to be investigating claims that one of the 10 homes in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, which were raided was used to host parties where girls were abused. The victim who has come forward is understood to have told a social worker how she was 'handed around among the men' for five years.

A murder is committed every ten days by offenders out on bail, according to figures released yesterday. At least 37 criminals were convicted of murder while on bail for another offence in 2011 – around three every month. And over the past 12 years, 436 murders have been committed by people granted their freedom while under investigation for a variety of crimes in England and Wales.

A CONVICTED cocaine dealer from Jamaica who has been in Britain illegally for 12 years was yesterday spared deportation because it would breach his human rights. Rhomaine Mohan's "lamentable" history made him a candidate for "automatic deportation", judges said. But they dashed a Government bid to kick him out after hearing it would "disadvantage" him in a custody battle for one of his three daughters. Twice-jailed Mohan had already been removed from the UK once but managed to slip back in using a false passport, the Appeal Court heard. Yesterday's appeal was Mohan's sixth in 11 years. He is estimated to have cost the taxpayer more than £200,000 in legal, prison and deportation bills. Critics yesterday hit out at the judgment. Tory MP Priti Patel said: "Individuals like this who have broken all the rules and added nothing to this country should be shown the door.

Just 62 foreign criminals have been sent home under the Tories despite David Cameron’s pledge to remove thousands from British jails. The Prime Minister promised a crackdown two years ago  after it emerged that more than 11,000 foreign inmates – one in eight prisoners – are clogging up our jails. But official figures released this week show that fewer offenders are being deported than when Labour was in power.Since January last year, only 62 have been sent home to serve the rest of their sentences – 25 to just one country, the Netherlands. Just 30 were returned in total last year – far less than the 89 in 2010 and 64 in 2009. Each inmate costs taxpayers £45,000 a year – meaning the total bill is over £500million.

Three Birmingham men have gone on trial accused of planning a bomb campaign prosecutors say may have been bigger than the 7 July London attacks. The men are accused of planning a mass suicide bomb campaign that could have led to eight rucksack bombs being used against multiple targets in the UK. The accused are Irfan Naseer, 31, Irfan Khalid and Ashik Ali, both 27. The men, appearing at Woolwich Crown Court, deny engaging in conduct in preparation of terrorist acts. The terror charges relate to the period between December 2010 and September 2011.

THE “public scandal” of false road injury cases was condemned by a judge yesterday as he jailed the boss of an accident claims firm for his involvement in a £12million scam. Asif Mallu, 37, was head of a company which made inflated claims for compensation after a team of cowboy drivers, who were paid £500 a time, had staged a string of collisions. One driver staged 93 road smashes over three years by unexpectedly slamming on his brakes at roundabouts so innocent motorists following had no chance to avoid ploughing into him. The owners of the cars he had been driving then sued the innocent motorists for damages and injuries at a cost of an average £17,000 a time, a court heard. Convicted robber Mallu ran claims management company 24/7 Direct Claims, based in Bolton, which earned fees for referring people claiming to have been involved in accidents to solicitors. Mallu, who created false invoices to support bogus claims, admitted conspiracy to commit fraud and was jailed for 21 months at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester.

A stroke of luck may have helped police prevent a high-profile terrorist attack in the run-up to the Olympics, it emerged yesterday. A routine stop by officers on the M1 led to the discovery of two guns, ammunition and other weapons ‘hidden’ in a car. Seven suspected Islamic extremists  were later arrested.

The alleged al-Qaeda militant was caught crossing through the Olympic Park five times, breaking a ban imposed by the Home Secretary. The 24 year-old has previously tried to get to Afghanistan, allegedly for terrorist training, and is suspected of fighting for the Somali Islamist group al Shabaab, which has been including those of Western aid workers. He is accused of trying to recruit other Britons to its cause. A Home Office lawyer warned after his discovery in the Olympic area that the man - known as CF - wanted to “re-engage in terrorism-related activities, either in the UK or Somalia” and is “determined to continue to adhere to his Islamist extremist agenda”. His detention is the most serious security alert yet to hit the Olympic Park. It is disclosed today after a week which saw 14 terror-related arrests across Britain, including a white Muslim convert detained over an alleged plan to carry out a major terrorist attack.

The siblings face a total of 26 charges including controlling child prostitution, people trafficking and sexual exploitation.

A 27-year-old black man has been convicted of firearms possession after police officers were shot at during last summer's riots in Birmingham 2011. Jermaine Lewis, of Summerton Road in Oldbury in the West Midlands, was also found guilty of reckless arson and riot at Birmingham Crown Court. Five othersall black have already been convicted of the same charges after 12 shots were fired at police in August. The West Midlands force helicopter was also shot at. A teenager, 17, who cannot be named, was convicted of riot and firearms offences but cleared of arson. They will be sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court on Thursday.

The family of a couple killed by an illegal immigrant drink-driver have blamed Britain’s shambolic border controls. Failed asylum seeker Eduard Mereohra, 26, was kicked out of the country in 2009 but slipped back in just months later. On New Year’s Day, still drunk from a party the night before, he ploughed into a car carrying grandparents David and Dorothy Metcalf, killing them both and tearing a loving family apart. May 26th 2012 he was jailed for nine years, the couple’s family said they would still be alive today if the immigration system had not let them down.

More than 60,000 criminals were spared a jail sentence last year despite having committed at least 15 previous crimes. Incredibly, the figures emerged less than 24 hours after Ken Clarke said there were too many behind bars. The Justice Secretary attacked the ‘popular Press’ for demanding tough sentences and said many of those in prison were nothing more than a ‘damn nuisance’.

But official figures published by his own department yesterday showed the staggering extent to which serial offenders committing serious crimes are let off with a ‘slap on the wrist’.

Immigrants due to be kicked out of the UK are convincing judges that being deported would breach their right to a family life. And for the first time, the Government has admitted that some of those may have started families deliberately in order to stay in Britain. Many of those who have done this have had children with several different mothers - and some are said to be barely in touch with their families.

The people of Rotheram are footing the medical health care bill for 70 Black Africans out of 800 African immigrants to the town who have HIV.

Nationals of Poland, Romania and Lithuania are most likely of all foreigners to be prosecuted by the police, an investigation has revealed. Overall, foreigners are accused of one in four of all crimes committed in London. SWINDLER WHO CAN'T BE DEPORTED.

A judge in April 2005 spoke of his dismay at being prevented from deporting a Romanian criminal.  Marcel Spirache has been jailed for 12 months for an attempted cash machine swindle using a loop designed to read cash cards. Judge Niblett said that if he had the power to do so he would recommend that the Romanian criminal be deported but the Home Office has granted Spirache and his family the right to stay after his sentence is completed.

Killers and rapists given 'life' sentences by the courts are walking free after an average of only six years behind bars, it has emerged.
The length of punishment has fallen by more than half since Labour came to power. In 1998, convicts given non-mandatory life terms - reserved for murderers - spent 14 years locked-up

Asylum seekers have committed more than 20,000 driving offences over the past three years and left a death toll of at least 70 in their wake.

AT LAST a judge has handed down a sentence that fits the crime.

Judge David Calvert-Smith locked up Damien Hanson for 36 years for stabbing John Monckton to death. Hanson is 25. He won’t be out until he is at least 61 — and let us hope not even then. He is a worthless career criminal, and has been treated with too much leniency in the past. Astonishingly, he was freed half way through a 12-year term for attempted murder. Soft sentences encourage criminals to believe they can flout the law. For that reason John Monckton is dead, his wife terribly injured and their daughter traumatised. Hanson’s sentence is an admission that some of the vermin who pollute our streets can never go free.

THREE teenagers have been sentenced for violently raping a 16-year-old girl.  The attack took place in Queens Gardens, Bromley, at 11.30pm on April 16 last year.  Mohammedet Hassan, Geron Miller, and a 17-year-old boy all denied the offence but changed their pleas ahead of their trial, which was due to begin on November 13.  Unemployed Hassan, aged 18, was arrested at his home address in Concorde Way, Surrey Quays, on April 17.  Miller, aged 19, who is also unemployed, was arrested at his home in Trenholme Road, Anerley, two days later.  The 17-year-old boy, who is from New Cross, was arrested at his girlfriend's house in Bromley on April 19.

A man has been jailed for ten years for the drunken rape of a girl in Bradford.

The terrified youngster later gave birth on the living floor of her home after keeping her pregnancy secret in shame of the attack. Her horrified mother delivered the boy at 4am one day last April after her daughter called to her for help, Bradford Crown Court was told. Tonderal Chakanyuka, 31, stood impassively in the dock at Bradford Crown Court yesterday as his barrister said “the dreadful affair” had destroyed lives.

The Zimbabwean, of Canterbury Avenue, Canterbury, Bradford, admitted forcing himself on the girl, who was a virgin, and having unprotected sex with her.

Prosecutor Nikki Peers said Chakanyuka had pleaded guilty to the offence of raping a child under 13 after he was trapped by DNA evidence.

A man has been jailed for life and told he will serve at least 25 years for the murder of a police officer. Ikechukwu Tennyson Obih, 29, stabbed Bedfordshire Pc Jon Henry twice in the chest as he tried to arrest him in Luton town centre on 11 June 2007.

Obih, of Winsdon Road, Luton, denied murdering Pc Henry but admitted killing him on the grounds of diminished responsibility. He was also found guilty of attempting to murder a window cleaner. The 36-year-old policeman was one of four officers called to George Street, Luton, after window cleaner Stephen Chamberlain was stabbed, Luton Crown Court heard.

Eighty foreign killers are exploiting the chaotic asylum system to set up home in Britain, it was revealed yesterday. The convicted murderers from Albania have been given British passports despite being officially listed as 'wanted' by Interpol. Most slipped across the Channel from Calais to Dover hidden in the back of lorries on ferries. They used bogus names and false papers to claim asylum, often pretending to be from the war-torn Balkan republic of Kosovo.
The scandal came to light when Albania's chief of police complained that 100 criminals from his country have been granted British citizenship and now live here.

An 'evil, controlling monster' who stabbed his girlfriend and her sister to death in a frenzied attack may have lied about his past to gain entry to Britain, it was revealed today. Mohammed Ali, 29, left behind a scene of what police called 'unimaginable carnage and destruction' after killing Yasmine and Sabrina Larbi-Cherif in their city centre apartment. Ali - who had been charged with raping his 'on-off' lover Yasmine, 22, months before he killed her and her 19 year old sibling - was today found guilty of murdering them both after a 12 day trial.

A bank has sparked outrage by handing over a 100 per cent mortgage to an Al Qaeda terrorist who smuggled himself into Britain. Albanian Krenar Lusha, 30, was given £93,000 after NatWest failed to complete full checks on his UK status. He used the cash to buy a house in Derby, where he stored bomb-making equipment and information on how to carry out attacks. The illegal immigrant also managed to get a UK driving licence, secure a £30,000-a-year engineering job and was even offered a second mortgage - which he declined.

Yet another Muslim paedophile gang has been uncovered in the county of Shropshire, local media have reported. Five Muslims in Shrewsbury have been arrested in connection with a child sex ring involving nine teenage girls. The men are alleged to have been part of a gang who groomed girls aged between 13 and 15 for sex with other men. Three of the Muslims were named during their appearance in Telford magistrate’s court at the end of last week. They were Mohammed Ali Sultan, 23, from Victoria Avenue, in Wellington; Mohammed Younis, 57, and Abdul Rous, 33, both of Kingsland, Arleston, Wellington. The official charges against the men were listed as “conspiring with others to cause or incite a child to engage in sexual activity between January 1, 2008, and December 7, 2009, in Shrewsbury or elsewhere in the country.”

Why do the controlled media use white people to illustrate articles dealing with Third World crime? This is the question being posed after The Daily Mail once again used such a photograph in an article about how immigrant criminals are being paid to go away. According to an article dated 23 December entitled “Bribed to quit Britain: Foreign criminals offered up to £5000 if they agree to go home,” The Daily Mail quite rightly raised the outrageous fact that “thousands of foreign criminals are being offered credit cards pre-loaded with more than £450 of taxpayers’ cash if they agree to return home.”

An asylum seeker who ran over a girl of 12 and left her to die has won his appeal to stay in the UK after arguing for his right to a family life. Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, 32, was banned from driving and awaiting deportation when he ran away with Amy Houston trapped under the wheels of his car. But the Iraqi Kurd, who was jailed for four months, used the European Human Rights Act to avoid being sent home because he has since had two children here. Aso Mohammed Ibrahim ran down and killed Amy Houston, but has been told he can remain in the UK Last night Amy's family condemned the decision and said Ibrahim had destroyed their own right to a family life. Her father, Paul Houston, said: 'I know what it feels to have your family broken up, but the fact he has got to stay is an absolute travesty. 'They may as well give passports out in lucky bags because that is all they are worth. I cannot believe the judge's decision and that he thinks it is right for him to stay here. Is he on another planet?'

To the outside world, there was nothing remarkable about Renukanth Subramaniam. The 33-year-old loner kept a low profile as a Pizza Hut chef and sometime courier, spending his days in internet cafes and nights on friends’ sofas.

But on Thursday the former asylum seeker was unmasked as the mastermind behind a £100million fraud that threatened every bank account and credit card holder in Britain.

Despite his itinerant lifestyle he is thought to have made millions himself, but investigators have yet to trace the fortune of a man who lived so modestly to avoid detection.

From the Java Bean internet cafe in Wembley, North London, Subramaniam ran an extraordinary global criminal network dubbed ‘eBay for fraudsters’ which was responsible for the raiding of bank accounts worldwide.

His site, called DarkMarket, acted as an online marketplace for villains to trade victims’ credit card information such as PIN numbers, answers to bank account security questions and even passwords for social networking websites.

The ‘one-stop shop’ for fraudsters sold ten credit card numbers for around £30 and offered tutorials to teach others how to compromise internet bank accounts, commit identity fraud, money laundering and even scams targeting retail and gaming industries.

Kettering: African Invader Killed White Teen

Fallen: Robert Jolley
Killer: Phoebes Mutasa

The first motorist in Northamptonshire to be charged with causing death by careless driving has been found unanimously guilty. Phoebes Mutasa, aged 41, was convicted at Northampton Crown Court of causing the death of motorcyclist Robert Jolley, aged 17, in Rothwell Road, Kettering on October 17, 2008. A statement released by Mr Jolley's family after the hearing read: "Robert was a typical young lad, who had everything to live for, when tragically his life was cut short. "No words can describe how much Robert will be missed by all his family and friends. Robert was a much-loved son, brother and friend to all that knew him.

A boy of 13 who overpowered a woman then raped her in front of his two friends will spend just three years locked away for his crimes.

Balal Khan - thought to be one of the youngest convicted rapists in Britain - targeted the 20-year-old as she walked home.

He subjected her to a severe beating then screamed at her 'Do what I say or I'll kill you', before putting her through the ordeal of a terrifying sex attack.

Then he stole her bag and phone and even took a call from his victim's boyfriend to whom he bragged about what he had done.

But after pleading guilty to charges of rape and robbery the teenager was sentenced to just three years because of his age - and because he said ‘sorry’.

A TEENAGER needed hospital treatment after he and two friends were attacked by a gang of around 20 Asian youths. James Howard (14) had his head stamped on and suffered a broken nose, two black eyes, and cuts to his head, arms and hands, in the attack shortly after 7pm on Sunday. His two friends, aged 14 and 23, were also taken to hospital, where they were treated for facial cuts and abrasions. The injured teenager’s mother, Angela, said: “James was battered senseless. They stamped on his head and he is an absolute mess. “He looks like he’s gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson and he’s absolutely devastated. It’s frightened him to death and I don’t think he’ll ever go out again.” The incident happened in Victoria Street, Chadderton, as James rode his bike home from a local newsagents, flanked by his two friends on foot.

A TEENAGER was viciously attacked by a 15-strong gang as he walked through Clarksfield with his girl friend. The 16-year-old victim was thrown to the ground and repeatedly kicked in the head and face. The offenders pushed his girl friend into a bush before carrying out the sickening assault which left the teenager with torn ligaments, two broken teeth and severe cuts and bruises. The gang only stopped reigning blows when they heard a man walking towards them with his dog and ran away. The victim’s mother, who does not want to be named, said: “My son was told in hospital that he was very lucky to be alive. “We need to put a stop to this happening in Oldham before a mother gets a phone call telling her that her son has been killed.

Counting out bundles of cash on the floor of his home, the gangster seems only too happy to have his photo taken. But in the end it was this very picture that brought him to justice. Eric Kocabey, 34, was sentenced to 12 years in prison after he was found with pictures of himself counting drug money. The 34-year-old claimed he was merely a foot soldier who had been pressured into importing the drugs by Turkish gangsters. But his story was exposed as a lie when police seized his mobile phone and found photographs of him proudly counting money - proving he was a major player. Now the takeaway owner - who was granted asylum from Turkey in 2006 and became a British citizen in 2008 - has been jailed for 12 years for drug smuggling.

All she did was ask a young man to stop smoking on a train platform. But Linda Buchanan, 59, was shoved onto a railway line for the request – and almost lost her life. The management consultant landed just inches from a 750 volt track, just moments before a fast train was due to pass through, but was dragged to safety. She later lost her job because of post-traumatic stress she suffered after the attack.

Romanian Ionel Rapisca, 33, was jailed on Wednesday for four years for the incident almost two years ago.

A gang of travellers who stole hundreds of caravans worth more than £700,000 have been jailed.

The four men, who were based in Wiltshire, are thought to be responsible for half the country's caravan thefts between 2004 and 2007.

Charlie Ward, 28, Martin Ward, 21, John McDonagh, 31, and Martin McDonagh, 29, were jailed for between four and nine years at Winchester Crown Court.

The insurance industry reported a 47% drop in claims following their arrest.

The men were found in possession of stolen caravans, cars and motor homes, jewellery and cash when they were arrested in Chiseldon in October 2007.

A man who stabbed his ex-lover to death after seeing a Facebook photo of her with a new boyfriend has been jailed for life. The Old Bailey found Paul Bristol, 25, guilty of murdering Camille Mathurasingh, 27, in April 2009. The IT technician, who lived in Trinidad and Tobago, flew to London within two weeks of seeing the picture and murdered the accountant. He has been ordered to serve a minimum term of 22 years.

Bristol stabbed Ms Mathurasingh 20 times at her home in Bow, east London, before cutting himself and crashing her car.

A hardcore of criminals is trying to indoctrinate fellow inmates with a "strict and extreme" intepretation of Islam, prison officers have told inspectors.

Some prisoners are said to be turning to the gang for protection because they are not receiving enough support from staff. The claims relate to Whitemoor prison in Cambridgeshire, where an alleged plot to kidnap and behead an officer surfaced earlier this year. Anne Owers, Chief Inspector of Prisons, said: "There was a perception among officers that some Muslim prisoners operated as a gang and put pressures on non-Muslim prisoners to convert, and on other Muslim prisoners to conform to a strict and extreme interpretation of Islamic practice." She found staff were reluctant to tackle "inappropriate behaviour" and was told Muslim prisoners were able to "police themselves". She was told: "The new gang are the Muslims. The Muslim group is a big group and others are looking for protection. "Those who are isolated are looking for protection and so are the ones converting as they won't get help from screws."

Earlier this week an EU-commissioned report warned urgent action was required to stop brainwashing by jailed extremists. Dr Peter Neumann from King's College London said governments across Europe should observe prisons more closely in the future as they were likely to become "major hubs" for terrorist recruitment. He suggested creating "jihadist prisons" in which to isolate Islamist militants.

Phil Wheatley, Director General of the National Offender Management Service, said: "The Chief Inspector is right to highlight the challenges and risks Whitemoor is facing. It is also important to recognise the action being taken to manage challenging prisoner profiles.

A judge has praised a hero dog after he chased off a sex attacker who indecently assaulted a woman in a park.

Two-year-old Rottweiler Jake was on his usual evening walk with owner Liz Maxted-Bluck, 49, when he heard screaming from a dense woodland and ran to investigate.

He found Esmahil Adhami, 18, molesting a woman he had dragged into the undergrowth.

The fearless hound lunged at the illegal immigrant and chased him away - and then circled the sobbing victim 'like a guard dog' until the police arrived.

Four Afghan asylum seekers have been arrested over claims that they sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in a public swimming pool.

The youths, aged 14 to 17, are alleged to have attacked the girl while they were on a supervised visit to a leisure centre.

It is not known whether their 'carer' was in the water at the time.

After the victim complained to police, officers studied CCTV footage from the leisure centre and arranged for the youths to attend a police station for questioning.
Larkfield Leisure Centre

There they were arrested and released on police bail. All four deny any wrongdoing.

The alleged attack happened at the Larkfield Leisure Centre in Aylesford, Kent.

The Afghans, who arrived in the UK as 'unaccompanied minors' and speak little English, live 15 miles away in a residential unit for young asylum seekers in the countryside near Staplehurst.

It is in a particularly remote area and few people know its exact whereabouts. Locals claim many of the 'boys' in the unit, which houses up to 20 young asylum seekers, are much older than they claim to be.

Many young refugees are suspected of lying about their ages because unaccompanied minors are given better treatment and support than adult asylum seekers.

Almost 3,000 unaccompanied children apply for asylum in the UK each year, from countries including Afghanistan and Iran, but more than 2,500 other applications end up in disputes over age.

A tourist was dragged from a central London street into an alley and raped.

The 25-year-old German woman had left her hotel to have a cigarette and was standing outside the Paradiso E Inferno restaurant on The Strand.

She was grabbed and dragged down Southampton Street and into an alleyway off Maiden Lane where she was assaulted at 2300 BST on Good Friday.

Police said the area would have been busy at the time and someone may have heard the woman screaming for help.

Following the rape the victim returned to the hotel and the police were called.

The suspect is described as a black man in his early 30s, about 6ft (1.8m) in height, and of plump build.

A nurse was stabbed and mutilated to death in a frenzied knife attack after arguing with her jealous ex-boyfriend.

Katie Cullen, 35, a senior hospital sister, was knifed repeatedly in the face and neck by asylum seeker Iman Ghaefelipour, 28.

Iranian-born Ghaefelipour was furious when Miss Cullen dumped him for stealing more than £3,000 from her bank account.

But when his plan to win back his former lover failed he fell into a violent rage and stabbed her more than 130 times.

A Pakistani woman living on benefits in the UK despite facing a murder charge in her home country was yesterday facing demands from MPs to return there to stand trial.

Bushra Ferozdin Butt, 35, spent ten months in custody after she was accused of pouring kerosene over her husband Amjad Hussain, 36, and setting him alight.

She was eventually bailed by a judge and travelled to Luton, where she had lived with Mr Hussain for nine years.

Although not a British citizen, she had previously been granted indefinite leave to remain in the UK, which entitles her to £330.70 a week in council tax and housing benefit - equivalent to an annual salary of £22,000 before tax and National Insurance.

She arrived back in the UK in September last year, which means she has already received £11,243.

Butt, who denies murder and insists her husband's clothes accidentally caught fire, claims she was given permission to leave Pakistan.

When a notorious drug dealer moved in next door, Charlie Skinner feared for his young family. The father of three contacted police after Xiao-Po He started to peddle cocaine and crystal meth on his doorstep. But when officers failed to respond, telling him instead to keep a log of the activities of the illegal immigrant - who was already on bail at the time for supplying drugs - Mr Skinner decided to take matters into his own hands. The property developer risked his own life, posing as a customer to slip into his neighbour's flat and challenge the 26-year-old. He fought off an attack by two of his henchman before chasing the dealer down the street and wrestling him to the ground. Then the 47-year-old held him in a headlock until police arrived.

Searches revealed the former chef was carrying 3.6g of crystal meth and a search of his home uncovered another 4.48g of the drug. Yesterday Mr Skinner was hailed a hero after the dealer was jailed for six years.

They just gave me an AK47 assault rifle and I was taught how to strip the weapon, clean it and fire it as well as how to carry out guerrilla activities - I could not believe this was happening." Irfan, whose name has been changed to protect his identity, recalls his experience of going to Pakistan and inadvertently being recruited by the Taliban. His story arose because some Muslim parents in the UK send their children to Pakistan for them to beat an addiction to drugs. In Irfan's case, throughout his late teens and early 20s he had found himself in and out of trouble with the police, while also being hooked on heroin. In an attempt to combat his drug addiction, his father took him to Pakistan for help. "I was taken to a village called Tangir and left in a madrassa [religious school in Pakistan] where they said I would get help to come off the drugs," said Irfan. "During the first few weeks I was given methadone which helped me withdraw from the heroin. ''After that I started receiving Koranic lessons and was eventually taught how to use weapons and fight.'' Irfan spent 40 days at the madrassa before he was recruited by Taliban militants to go to Afghanistan.

Rahela Lingurar, 22, his brother Ion Lingurar, 20, and a 17-year-old accomplice were arrested after members of the public noted down the numberplate of their getaway car. All three have previous convictions for theft and Ion Lingurar was previously given a referral order for a robbery he committed at the age of just 14. Prosecutor Martin Fox told the court that all three were removed from the UK in 2005. In 2007, Romania ascended into the European Union, granting visa free travel to its citizens. They were then able to return to the UK without risk of deportation. All three pleaded guilty to theft but were spared jail by Judge Andrew Goymer.

Now we have "Reece Johnson, 23, who was left with a six-inch laceration that needed 68 stitches after being attacked by a mob of 20 Asian 'youths'. Medics told him that the blade had stopped just short of his jugular vein and that he could have bled to death......He was then set upon and punched before one of the gang cut open his left cheek with a Stanley knife....Mr Johnson was taken to a specialist facial unit at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Saturday night. He was given 20 stitches inside his face and another 48 on the outside." Young Mr Johnson will be left with a gigantic scar across his face and his 5 year old son, Tyrel, is traumatised from watching his father being brutally attacked and slashed. So what was the supposed motive for this heinous violent attack? The excuse - and you know that law enforcement and judges will always give muslims an "excuse"for criminal behaviours, was revenge for a 2007 attack by 2 white teens that resulted in a death of a muslim man. Both assailants are now serving time for the crime.

Mr Johnson had nothing to do with that incident.

A clear sign of the cowardly nature of these racist, Kuffarophobic muslim thugs is they only attack is when they are in much greater numbers than the victims. This muslim gang proceeded to exact their racist, vigilante wrath onto the innocent Reece Johnson.

In what can only be described as a sinister etched pattern comes yet another incident of a muslim gang attacking a lone victim. The attack took place in the East End of London. An area once known for its tough but "heart of gold" indigenous British Londoners who inspired the long running TV show by the same name.

Under the banner of multiculturalism and diversity and aided by the actively pro-muslim immigration Labour government, the East End of London, particularly the Tower Hamlets area, is growing into a bastion of Islam with narry a traditional London "barrow boy" to be found. What you will find are burkas and expanding no-go areas where twice in the recent past Christian priests, Canon Michael Ainsworth and Reverend Kevin Scully were brutally attacked by muslim gangs. (note that another good samaritan who tried to help one of the priest was also given a beating). Both were attacked for being Christian in what the muslim thugs believe should only be a muslim area. These attacks prompted well known authors, Melanie Phillips, to write Jihad in Londonistan. and Christopher Hitchens to say that London is now a breeding ground for Jihadists.

A dangerous criminal who has no legal right to be in Britain has gone on the run after a judge ruled that to detain him would violate his human rights. Failed asylum seeker Kawa ali Azad, who carries knives and is described by his ex-partner as ‘completely unbalanced,’ was granted his freedom from an immigration centre in March. Azad, an Iraqi Kurd, who has six convictions for violence, immediately breached the bail terms of the release by failing to appear at a police station to have an electronic tag fitted.

He then breached a lifetime restraining order by making threats against his ex-partner. Police have had to move her and their son and give them a new identity because of his repeated harassment.
